My Ford Ranger was in the shop for several days for a seatbelt issue and key replacements and the level of professionalism was top-notch from start to finish. He quickly and efficiently tracked down the exact replacement part needed for my driver's seatbelt installation which saved a lot of time and headache. I recently bought a used car from this Ford dealership in Titusville, Florida. I started at their Honda dealership where Shannon took me online to view the used cars at all their dealerships, then sent me to the Ford dealership because they had a few of the model I was looking for.
