My husband and I just purchased a new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek with a trade-in and this was the best experience with a dealership we ever had in our lives and we saw plenty of dealerships in the last 50 years.. Starting with the first communication which was Ms. Holly, with the meeting and paperwork with Ms. Erika and the finances documentations with Mr. Joey. All 3 of them were professional, knowledgeable, customer friendly and they all went the extra mile to please the customer by explaining every detail we asked. They also have a follow up after the sale making sure all is going well. Thank you all, we love our new car and will recommend your company to everyone I know they are looking for a vehicle. We have had MB's, BMW and Volvo's but have never been treated so well as Ken Wilson. The added benefit is that it you time it right you can have lunch at the Southern Porch in Downtown on your way back home.
