Chester was so friendly and knowledgeable and the staff was really welcoming and inviting. It was a nice clean quite environment I like how they act like a family. The buying process was simple and easy and the salesman are not pushy.
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.

Had an Escape previously and like the Edge better. It is roomier, the seats are more comfortable and it is easier handling. Enjoy it very much.

This car has met all our needs. Comfortable ride over long distance trip, plenty of room for cargo and/it additional passengers. Great for personal electronics front and back and plenty of safety features.
When shopping for a vehicle most know it's not an enjoyable process. Well I can say Herb Michael was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I can easily say when it's time to shop again I will absolutely use Herb.

Is a great sized SUV. Bigger than the compact suvs, but not a monster. Gets great gas mileage, handles well, easy to park and maneuver. Wonderful for a family with a dog, plenty of cargo room for luggage and out 70lb dog. Look forward to having this Edge for years.
It was a clean and nice dealership. However, the car I was looking at was too highly priced and even though I showed them other cars from other dealers with way lower prices, they wouldn’t negotiate. It was a waste of my time.

I'm completely happy with my choice to purchase a 2018 Explorer. Four months ago I spoke with Pervis Reynolds regarding the Explorer and he provided inciteful information regarding body style, feature upgrades and finance options over current lease. I was torn between getting a new Jeep Cherokee Laredo and the Ford. He emailed me some specs and asked me to look them over. I later decided to not get a new vehicle because I didn't want to give up on my old jeep. After a few more months of check engine light issues and countless small repairs I had enough of watching the tow truck take my baby away.
I contacted Pervis and asked for his help again. I informed him of what I wanted. "I just want the heated seats and light interior. I don't care about the other technology features". That was my claim. He checked into the vehicle I wanted and set me up for an appointment that evening. After the test drive I was sold on the vehicle even though the interior is dark. "No denim jean residue on the dark leather". Pervis is right! I even love the technology.
My jeep was good to me for 18 years but I'm loving this Explorer and all the technical features Pervis sold me on. I appreciate his knowledge, kindness and professionalism. Pervis worked hard on my deal and I'm grateful. He's an awesome guy.

very roomy, looks good, drives good, wings on hood obstruct vision some, no big issue. Problem is ride is noisy and rough like tires are stiff. This also creates minor dash, door. window vibration noise even though minor, still annoying. My 2005 suv with good tires does not do this. I have researched and found the prelli tires I have are much cheaper than Michelin which would give a better ride comfort.
This is the third time I have bought a car from MOGF and will continue to make them my first stop when ready to buy. Process was easy and they made a point to respect my time and not have me at the dealership waiting on them. Happy to recommend them.
Gave permission to install cabin & engine filters. They instslled a cabin deodorizer that smells that I HATE and had the nerve to charge me $14.00 for it. Was NEVER asked if I wanted!! Says they cant remove & lasts wk or 2. Thats just great. Headache for 2 wks at least!!!! Need to ALWAYS ask b4 installing that!! NEVER done that before!! YUK!!!!

The Edge has a good ride and the way the interior is layed out everything is right at your finger tips. The cold weather package is a must.
I was treated with great respect and every aspect of my repair was explained in detail. Constant communication and updates about my repair was made to both my self and my husband. I will make sure that if my car needs repairs again I return to Fayetteville ford!!

Feeling excited about my 2018 Ford Edge! Fair price and all features and options that I was hoping for. Recommend this car for anyone looking for some luxury in a cross-over vehicle.
My sister had been looking for a car for a long time. The other dealerships did not take her seriously. We pulled up to ALM at the Mall of Ga. and was greeted immediately. She told them what see had seen on line. Ali & Tammy brought us snacks while we waited to see the car. The price on line was the true price. It was such a relief to have a honest salesman. Ali bought our dinner while she purchased her beautiful SRX. It was the least stressful experience I have ever had buying a auto. I would recommend Ali to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will be buying my next car from him.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.

I was looking to return a leased 2014 Fusion and replace it with a new 2017. Since my car had been serviced at Woodstock and I liked the service department, I went there to see what was available. My salesman, Aubrea Carringer could not have been more accommodating. I did not know what model I wanted nor was I sure whether I would lease again or purchase the my next vehicle. Aubrea showed me what was available on the lot , as well as what he could find for me at other dealers. He patiently explained all my options with the Fusion and explained the pros and cons of of lease vs buy. It took a week, but we found the perfect model at another local dealer. Aubrea went out of his way to get that vehicle AND meet that dealer's price. I ended up buying the car. When I picked it up. Aubrea spent a fair amount of time explaining all new technology - not an easy job since technology and I are not the best of friends. I am happy with my choice of car and dealer. We had a great experience with our purchase of a 2014 Fusion Titanium. Our sales rep., Bill Montooth, gave us great customer service. He is easy going, has a calming personality, gives you space to look at inventory at your leisure - he offered the information we needed to make our decision and we made the deal. It was so easy, the vehicle had every bell and whistle plus a great color - looks brand new, low mileage. My husband said that if everyone had a great experience buying a vehicle like we did, they couldn't keep their inventory in stock. You've got to check them out online and see Bill.
Update on my experience. The salesman called us the next day. The first deal fell through and the truck was again available. I renegotiated a price and bought the truck at better price than what was originally discussed. I am happy with this deal, although I would have preferred it to have taken place the first time we sat down to negotiate.
I brought in my Kia Optima for an appraisal. I was greeted immediately and the process began. I had an offer within 30 min. in which I accepted. Very confident and professional staff!
