Josh is the best. His level and understanding of customer service amplifies ones experience and adds to the company's bottom line. Josh's care, transparency, patience, and knowledge is the sole reason why I purchased my vehicle from Northside Lexus.
2018 Ford Edge review
I have a 2018 Edge Titiaum with just over 15,000 miles. Could not get the cruise control to work. Dealer just informed me it is going to need a module costing over 17,000 , plus 300.00 labor. Seems this part should last longer than 15.000 miles.

CarMax Gulf Freeway review
As a retired tx DPS mvi trooper through my 30 years dealing with dealers carmax is most caring dealer. When we went to car max on gulf freeway to look for a new vehicle the salesman were very caring and helpful to find the velociraptor we wanted. We bought a 2916 Honda CRV with 10 mikes on the vehicle. We bought it. Service group was also caring and helpful. Keep up the good work. Larry parks.

2018 Ford Edge review
Such a nice car. A.C. and heated seats, great climate control, great seats with adjustable lumbar support, sky roof, a big get up and go boost, fabulous indoor and outdoor lighting, non cheap leather seats and the dash computer is very doable for me ( being such a Luddite!)!Just absolutely a happy gal having picked this titanium Edge! Will love it until the wheels fall off.

Group 1 Toyota Fort Bend review
Had a newly purchased used car with 40k miles inspected and serviced in order be sure the vehicle was caught up on maintenance. Met Mr. Jeff Spears when we pulled up and he helped check us in, addressed our concerns and was also kind in explaining the work that would be done. As a younger driver, my daughter gained some important and valuable knowledge of car maintennace from Jeff's patient and pleasant conversation with her.

2018 Ford Edge review
I have the Sport Edge model with 2.7 twin turbo. I love it! Do your research. With any turbo you must use premium gas, full synthetic oil and let your car cool down after short rides for at least a minute or 3 - 5 minutes if you drive more that 3 hours. The turbo engine runs hot and cooling down lets the oil drain for the turbo. If you don't the engine could overheat. Look it up for yourself.
