2019 Ford Edge SEL review
Great Used Car at a Reasonable Price
We have a 2013 Edge SEL AWD which replaced my wife’s older Explorer which she drive for many years and the Edge has been a real pleasure to drive. I had two successive Expeditions for business which I drove for around half a million miles. So, in late 2022, when we decided to sell the Expy and downsize, we decided to “upgrade” my wife’s Edge and I would keep the 2013. We searched for a good price on a 2019 Titanium and enlisted the help of a sales rep at Crossroads Ford in Cary, NC who had found the 2013 model for us. He found a 2019 Edge ST in Performance Blue with reasonable mileage and not even a scratch!! The interior was immaculate and the panoramic moon roof was the clincher. As an “outside sales rep” for 45 years, I have driven two million miles. During that time, we have owned Volvos, a Saab, Chevrolets, a Chrysler Concorde, a Pontiac, and a bunch of Fords. This ST is the best vehicle we have ever owned!!! Zero to 60 in five, great handling, quiet ride, and 29.7 average on the road at interstate speeds!!! I cannot say too much in favor of this car. My experience with Oro Ford and specifically with my sales person Koren O’Sullivan was super excellent. He was personal, professional and extremely knowledgeable of my new Bronco Badlands. He spent a lot of time explaining the in and outs of the Bronco to me. He also was receptive of my input and never pressured me during any aspect of the sales process. After getting to know me, he applied his knowledge of the Bronco with my personal desires and was able to come up with the perfect Bronco for me. I can and will recommend Oro Ford and Koren O’Sullivan to friends and family knowing the great experience they will also have dealing with them. I love everything about my Bronco and that is saying somethings from a guy who has been GM person my entire life (76 years). During my lifetime if have purchased many vehicles and I must say this was my most enjoyable experience.

I have a 2018 Edge Titiaum with just over 15,000 miles. Could not get the cruise control to work. Dealer just informed me it is going to need a module costing over 17,000 , plus 300.00 labor. Seems this part should last longer than 15.000 miles.
