In September I started researching a new car to buy. I owned a Nissan Xterra that I purchased new in 2006. It has been a great car so my first stop was to the Nissan dealership. Aaron was very helpful and patient in answering all of my questions and finding out exactly what I was looking for. I told him I was just looking and not ready to buy yet. He didn’t pressure me but explained about the promotions at that time, took my information and offered to stay in touch. He would call or text me every couple of weeks to let me know when they had the car I was interested in.
After checking other cars and dealerships, I decided to purchase a Nissan Rogue. I am thankful to Aaron for keeping in touch and letting me take time to make my decision. He found the perfect car for me and then introduced me to Ray, Sales Manager who helped me through the next process.
Ray was so helpful. He really worked to get everything that I wanted and the price I needed. They were very busy but Ray never rushed me and took a lot of time to explain things. He walked me through the whole process. I had a few questions after I bought the car and he called me back immediately to answer them. He was always friendly and never acted like I was bothering him. Buying a car is not always a fun experience but this time it was. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Ray and Aaron!

This is my second Escape and it's great. I loved my 2010 and shopped across several brands to replace it last year. It came down to a Hyundai Tuscon or the new Escape. The Escape is just a little nicer and the price was the tipping point. I have an SE with the Sport Package and Sync3. It's an improvement over the older Escape because of improved view out and level of technology. The new Ford Pass app is a huge plus, that includes Remote Start for free!
Quick and efficient and a reasonable price for service and I would definitely recommend to my friends to utilize this dealership.

Vehicle has many standard options and good power and torque. Good Options on the SE model. Only thing that could be better is the layout and lighting for video screen, the icons need to be bigger and shift lever panel isn’t lighted. Everything else in the interior is great.
My F150 Platinum had a recall. It was easy to make an appointment for repair, easy to get a time & day, and truck was ready when they said it would be. My vehicle was clean & neat when I picked it up, and customer service & repair were excellent. Mullinax Ford is always professional and remain 'hometown friendly'
Value, quality for the cost.

Nice design for a practical, reliable, affordable vehicle.
Find average Ford product can last with minimal maintenance to 6 years.
Would recommend the Escape for those who like a mid-size SUV.
Amazing! Who buys brand new in 3hrs? I did! They PAID over my trade in that wasn’t worthy. Kind. Helpful. Considerate. Informative. Friends for life.
