I was looking to replace a 15 year old vehicle and came back to Crown, as we had a good experience a couple of months earlier replacing an older van. I found a great used car with low mileage at a price that I was able to fit into my budget. I enjoyed working with Sam again as she wanted to be sure I was comfortable with my purchase. This is the first place we went to in order to look for a newer vehicle. We intended to see what was out there and get an idea of prices. By the time we left we had bought a used car that was newer than the one we traded in. It had a lot of the features we wanted. We are very happy with it. Brian Q and Gail took very good care of us and this is the FIRST PLACE we will go when we want another vehicle.
Inquired into an auto they had for sale. I was contacted quickly; however, the vehicle I inquired about was no longer available. other vehicles available were not what I wanted or interested in. Purchased another vehicle at a local dealership.
Your service folks were fine, but I am disappointed with Ford Motor Company with not dealing with my 2012 Ford Focus with known issues with the transmission/clutch operation history. I paid over $100 recently to get diagnosed with issue that was already known from previous dealer visits, and remedy was now quoted at over $1000 to fix. Runs the same as when I bought (rough shifting always, from day one as known issue with this model), and explained to anther Ford Dealer previously, but now is not eligible for extended warranty fix. Dealer would not fix under warranty earlier, before mileage limit exceeded.
