2025 Ford Escape review
Overall the car is great. I bought the trailer towing model and the towing features work seamlessly with my light trailer. It has the power to easily pull the 2000 pound trailer I use. There are a couple fit and finish issues where the hood doesn't quite line up with the fender, but I am fussy about these things and other people might not even notice. I have the larger infotainment screen which has some positives. But almost all the controls go through the screen and my eyesight isn't the best so it is difficult to make selections while the vehicle is in motion. Also, the learning curve is rather steep and the paper owners manual is not much help. The A/C controls are all on the screen and hard to change while in motion.

We are SO PLEASED not only with our new car, but also their process that made it so pleasant and possible for us to obtain this lovely car! Our neighbor is the manager at this location and we trust him! He assigned us to work with Ashley Chavez and she is knowledgeable, kind, and so patient! (We recommended that they give her a raise!! ). We had described to our neighbor the type of car we were looking for (even the color!!) and when one that fit our description became available, he let us know right away! The car is a 2026 Honda CRV hybrid and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE driving this car!! 2025 Ford Escape review
This is my 3rd Escape beginning with a 2014 to this 2025. Th Escape handles well, acceleration is awesome. This is definitely a car I would take a long road trip with.

Meegan is an outstanding sales person who goes out of her way to satisfy her customers wants & needs. She truly listens to what her customers are looking for in purchasing a preowned or new vehicle. This past August was my second time purchasing a car from Lexus of Clearwater & to be completely honest, Meegan is the ONLY reason that I returned to this dealership for another vehicle! During my first sale experience I was not happy in dealing the finance man named Joe. He was extremely pushy, in trying to persuade me to purchase an extended warranty on the first vehicle that I purchased from Lexus of Clearwater. And he was so aggressive & rude that I almost left the dealership without making a purchase, at all. I spoke with Meegan regarding this issue with Joe when I returned to purchase a second vehicle. And I was very clear that I did not want to deal with Joe, again! And she made that request a priority for me, as well. The second time around I dealt with a finance man named Klaus. And he was also very helpful & didn’t make me feel pressured or like there was a gun to my head to purchase the extended warranty. Rather, he explained the differences between an extended warranty from Lexus verses other company warranties & because of his patience & no pressure sales technique I ended up choosing to purchase both gap insurance & an extended warranty through Auto Nation. So kudos to Meegan & Klaus for making me a happy, satisfied customer of Lexus of Clearwater/Auto Nation, once again!!!
