Problem with doors not latching after opening after a freezing night. Doors will open going around curve if you are not aware of latching problem.Tailgate will not unlock in cold weather. I understand this is recall but after four times back for same thing is upsetting. Very worried grandchildren will not be protected in an accident. Cost over $14,000. to trade in on new one. Don't want to loose that much money. What is a man to do? I like HUMES FORD of CORRY, disappointed with FORD COMPANY.

we were looking for use auto with low mileage found one on your web site . so we went down to your dealership to check auto over very clean and nice shape for 2013 . so we call to set up a appt. to test drive the explorer. humes work with us to get us in are price range . very friendly staff stay over business hours for us . we would recommend if looking for a auto to check out humes dealership.
The employees at Humes of Waterford are all great. My most recent experience with them was through the body shop. Not only did they do a great job replacing my bumper, but they also returned my truck spotless inside and out. Great service!
My salesman, Jeff Waid, at Erie Auto Credit was great. He promised me he would find me something and he did! Within a week of me going there, I was in my vehicle! The whole crew was very pleasant and nice! Thank you for a job well done!

They had a nice used Corvette at a reasonable price and offered me a reasonable trade in allowance on my car. The salesman was friendly and went out of his way to see that I could take delivery that day. When I left something in my old car he sent it to me so that I would not have to make the 2 hr trip back to the dealership.
Was doing some car shopping and not thrilled about the whole dealing experience. I found a car I liked here and Jerry made the purchase pleasing. No pressure buying vehicle, no price haggling, and no paperwork problems. I realize they deal with Ford and I bought a Subaru, but were not very knowledgeable about it. Now I'm reading the manual and Googling videos.. All in all, thanks for a good experience..
I have owned several Dodge RAM trucks. My latest Truck was a Ram 2016 Diesel engine and still under warranty.
The Truck showed up as a def system error and would shut down within 145 miles. I contacted “Transitown” (the local dealer) and Chrysler to address this since my truck only had 20K miles.
Although Chrysler, who according to “Transitown” was told they needed to replace an approximately $1,600 part which took over 3 weeks to get in and many calls between dealership and Chrysler to fix was stressing on me and I’m now stuck in a rental vehicle since my truck was inoperable.
After Chrysler rushed the part in and Transitown replaced the part my light came on again the very next day which took them over 3 weeks to replace. I already made plans to turn in my truck for a new model with a crew cab. Now I’m on the road over 150 miles away with the same issue showing on my screen.
Needless to say Transitown miss diagnosed the problem and my truck was ready to shut down as I pulled into the dealership in Erie Pa.
I was extremely fortunate that Shawn Stanbro at Gary Millerat Chrysler dealership in Erie PA. took my truck in immediately understanding I was now stranded on my way to N.C. to get a new truck.
Without Shawn Stanbro expertise on looking at my 2016 Ram and diagnosed the problem as being a bad wiring harness issue for the def system issue, I would have been stuck again.
His technicians took the time to show me the issue. Ordered in the part and it arrived by the next morning. They fixed the real issue and I was on my way by 8:30 am the next morning.
They even shuttled me to a local hotel for the night and picked me up the next morning.
I made it NC just because they actually took the time out of their busy schedule to help me. I would TOTALLY recommend anyone who has a Ram diesel truck to go Gary Miller Dealership. Their staff was exceptional and I can’t thank them enough!!
Their knowledgeable and honest staff did everything to help me out. If it wasn’t for Gary Miller Dealership and Shawn Stanbro along with his technicians I would never have bought another Ram Truck.
They are excellent in customer service and deserve my gratitude.
Tyler Maeder was my Sales Representative when I recently purchased a new F-150. He was friendly, courteous, and addressed my questions promptly. I was also impressed by my tour of the Service Department. The area appeared neatly organized, and I noted that Warren Midtown Motors has more ASE Certified Technicans than most of the other Ford dealerships in our area. This tells me that training is important to the management team!
I was looking for used truck but you had a 2018 F-150 STX red Demo model and Breet Perry showed me the truck and won me over with his knowledge of trucks and his personality i really enjoyed my time during the buying process. I'm very happy with my new truck. I'll buy from him again.
