2020 Ford Expedition review
2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

Just don't understand how you can have a vehicle advertised online but not actually available for purchase. 2019 Ford Expedition review
Powerful and luxurious, I wish the navigator interior/seats was in the platinum. The massage is great but not vibrations only rollers, no hill driving mode which is weird, besides those items this thing is a rolling work of art, nice looking smooth, quick, comfortable and spacious. A lot pile of electrical goodies and tech too assist with daily driving needs. Honestly this and the navigator are the only real choice on the market. All else are underpowered and unreliable overpriced junk.

I was released it was something they admitted to doing. Their honesty just makes me feel I can always trust them in service and purchasing a car there. 2012 Ford Expedition review
I regret selling mine. I keep multiple trucks at once and this is the most reliable one I ever had. In the last 5 years I've owned a Ram,Denali, Yukon SLT and a Suburban. My favorite truck was the Expedition.

My explorer blew an alternator belt just outside of Hawley on my way to a graduation party in Fargo Friday afternoon, traveling from Bemidji. I was able to limp into the dealership. Brian Lee at the service desk was fantastic. Able to find a belt and got my car in immediately and got me and my son back on the road in a little over an hour. Love the car but still has problems with the Collison message keeps coming on. Still trying to get the factory code to program some systems. Had it at 2 different dealers. The I bought it at does not return calls.

There is not one thing I can think of that this car needs, but doesn't have. From the power, heated seats and steering wheels, to 36 degree camera system, it is really something to behold.

Bought my Rav here because of the bottom line pricing. The offered price was fair and they gave me a fair price for my trade. Pete was very helpful and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want. There was the usual push to sign up for their extended warranty that I just hate. I would also suggest that they offer floor liners rather than the carpet mats. Give people the option of one or the other.
