Very professional, knowledgeable of mini cars and very polite to us. Went the extra step to find information we wanted and was helpful in every way. We learned he had only been with Grayson two weeks. We say keep him....a real asset to your dealership. The world needs more young professionals like him! This vehicle has met all my needs and still looks/handles like it is brand new. This is my third Expedition and I would recommend this type of vehicle to everyone looking for a full size SUV.
The service was excellent, I had been in before with same issues with my tire low pressure light coming on. The last time I was in talked to service assistance Dean who's help was excellent. He recommended that I get nitrogen put in the tires so the light would stop coming on when weather changed. The cost was set with no hidden agenda and also explained that if one had a hole in it they would fix with only additional charge of $20.00. The job was done within 45mins tops and mechanic Dustin explained what had been done. The staff and mechanic were very helpful and I thank them for finally having my experience at this dealership worth trying again.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. LOVE this SUV! Super comforable, drives great, and a lot of room for even full grown adults in all 3 rows. So glad we bought it, over a Yukon or Tahoe.
I bought a 2004 lifted Tahoe from them and I loved it never had any issues with it. And now I just recently went back and bought a 2008 lifted tundra, everyone up there is a great group of people they are so friendly and are only there to make other people happy with what they want, I would highly recommend anyone buy from them. And I defiantly will be back to purchase more in the future

however cars.com had nothing to do with me p rcjhase. sometimes you have to put your cell phone down and contact a dealership. do your own research, go to the dealership, make the deal. all you do is get out of your parents basement, go to work and earn your way in society.
I wrote a review back on Feb 23 2016 about being disappointed. I should have written back sooner than now. Ennis Ford has done a outstanding job on getting my truck fixed. Went well overboard to get the problem fixed. Thank you all at Ennis Ford who has helped me in this situation. Mathew Schumacher is the best salesman you could ask for. I have bought 6 vehicles from Matt and will continue. My son just bought a car from him 2 weeks ago and made his first car experience great. Solid, comfort, reliability. Luxuries in everyway. my favorite is the heated/cooled seats an the feeling of not being confined - very spacious. I wouldn't buy any other vehicle.
I feel like the king of the road in this vehicle. Everyone stops and stares when the Ex Platinum drives by. The styling and handling are top notch. Love my whip.
I was referred to Ron Carter Hyundai by a lead gen site and in a matter of minutes I talked to two people from the dealership. Paul, became my main contact and from the first moment we talked he was super friendly and helpful, quickly answering all my questions. At this point I was 90% sure of the vehicle I wanted to purchase, but hadn't made a decision as to where. During my research I visited a few Hyundai dealerships and all treated me just Ok but really sale-sy and that just ruined the experience for me. Paul quickly understood what I was looking for and the reasons why, and made me feel comfortable about my choice while expertly guiding me through the best choice for me. I love the exterior Ford stepped up on this one, interior is very roomy, I do not like the vents, but the vehicle itself is very nice. Rides good, but I am concerned about gas mileage. On average down the road at 60-65miles per hr the best average was 16.9miles/gallon.
I have purchased many vehicles in my life. However, the experience today with Bobby, Jordan and Alex at Southfork Jeep was probably my best car buying experience. From the moment I walked in, there was ZERO pressure. Bobby listened to the things that were important to me, discussed the benefits of doing business with Southfork, found the exact Jeep that met my needs, and reached a price that was more than fair. During the process, Alex stopped-by to meet me, ensure my needs were being met, and further explain the benefits of buying at their dealership. Again, NO PRESSURE was ever felt. Jordan, in the F&I department, continued the no pressure approach and worked diligently to meet the rate I had from my credit union. He nailed it. Here???s where they went above and beyond...I was running short on time but my wife and I wanted to surprise our son, as it was his 16th birthday this week. Bobby suggested that he DELIVER the jeep to my home, over 30 miles away. We were able to capture his excitement as Bobby pulled-in the driveway. Once there, he took time to properly explain the features and operation of the Jeep to my son and took pride in being a part of his special day! Southfork has made a customer for life! We traded emails with Konstantin a few times over the last few weeks. The car we were interested in, had been listed since August (3 months), so we were happy to see our patience pay off, as the asking price continued to decrease. I called him in the morning to confirm the car was still available and asked him to let me know what the brakes and tire ratings were during their inspection. He quickly gathered the information and passed it on. We met and test drove the car. He was not pushy. Left us with the car and told us to come inside when were made a decision. We paid with a check, so no financing and we closed on the vehicle in minutes. So quick. So easy. Great place to buy a used car.

My 2008 expedition serves all my needs. I else will be investing in the 2022 platinum model when it comes about. I have 110,000 miles on the 2008 and you can’t even hear the engine. Got lucky. What a find.
