2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

From my first call speaking with Trey, where I got additional videos of the car within minutes of our call, and my back and forth about the details of the car and sale with Talon, to closing up the paperwork with Tonya, everyone was vested in my needs, down to earth nice... and honest. I live 400 miles away. When you’re considering purchasing a used vehicle that far away, those are pretty important qualities. You’re worried about condition and history, and with Talon things felt completely transparent and timely with communication. And each time when I’d move on to the next person it was clear they had all the details about my situation. My father and I made the road trip down to purchase the vehicle and drive it back. Talon helped us get as much ready as possible before the trip. We wanted to be as efficient as possible since it was going to be a long day of driving. Even Logan, who greeted us when we got there, knew who we were and said that he’d get us connected with Talon, who had things set for us… impressive. We looked over the car, took it for a test drive and then met with Tonya to finalize the paperwork. She was so efficient that I was the one slowing the process down by just being social. The team was fantastic, and ready for our arrival and reviewed any little details about the vehicle that I was now seeing in person. I had been searching for a specific SUV for more than a month. In my local market cars were priced above the national average. T&S Ford had a very competitive price for the vehicle I was looking for, and their staff’s professionalism was second to none. 2023 Ford Explorer review
Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

My husband & I just purchased a rather “different” used car from them. A Volkswagen R32 that wasn’t cheap. If you know, you know. CJ was amazing through the entire process. Being an older car we obviously had concerns about the vehicle for the price even though it looked beautiful on the lot & just wanted to make sure everything was okay. He went above & beyond to make us feel comfortable with purchasing the car allowing us to take it for a pre-purchase inspection & also having any concern we had checked out by their mechanics as well & we took it on multiple test drives. This was over a 2-3 week process & he waited patiently while we made our decision. We also interacted with a few people there during the process who were all very nice. Once we decided to purchase CJ set up a time to do the paper work & Tracy was also very nice & had everything ready. Easy in & easy out! Will 100% return again!

2023 Ford Explorer review
This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.
