When he called at 7:30 am, Yes, called first thing, in the morning...He was very patient in listening to me explain the concerns I had with my truck. Was very informative as to the initial estimate, and as to what he thought might be the cause of my concerns. He had promised to keep me posted on the progress throughout the day and he truly kept his word. Not only had he found and fixed all my concerns, he also noticed a recall that hadn't been addressed, so he took the time to take care of that as well.. AND, I had my truck back the same day.. Bought used Ford F350 from Dupratt in Vacaville. Great communication, responded in a timely manner to email and texts. Vehicle had some blemishes as described in the Carfax they supplied but an independent pre purchase inspection (Thank you 707 Diesel!) found it to be just as described, nothing more. Had seen some shady examples of used car dealers at some other places but Dupratt told it like it was. Thank you guys for getting us in this truck.

I looked and looked went to 4 dealerships, and stayed in my backyard in Manteca. I went to Manteca Ford 1st, I was ready to buy BUT you know now it is. You just have to look to see if your getting a fair deal. I wasted 2 days then went back and purchased my truck at Manteca Ford. One thing I did get a little bit cheaper price at another dealer. BUT I did not like the hassle and the way I was treated. I just didn't want to give them my hard earned money. Yes I recommend Manteca Ford
