Over all my experience is great with Buffalo ford service. My only complaint this time was- I specifically told them what was wrong I had already had it diagnosed - they brought it in, said it wasn’t that- but another part.. kept the car for a week to only call me and say it was not that… but you guessed it… the part I TOLD them it was originally. And of course that one wasn’t in and had to be ordered. I finally got my vehicle back at 10 days. But like I said- over all they’re great. I got a loaner- no questions asked. They were very good with communication- and Mickey in service was stellar at his job. They even were kind enough to put gas in my car when I called and asked because I dropped it off at E and with subzero temps moving in I didn’t want it sitting outside on E. I’ll continue using ford service. 5 stars over all- ❄️

Pleasant atmosphere. No pressure. Jim and Jeff listened to our concerns and were very accommodating. I brought my daughter in to look at a used car and they worked with us to set her up. Having had terrible experiences in the past buying used cars, we were assured they would take care of us. We bought a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe. The vehicle appeared in very good condition. My experience working with Jake Olson with the sales team at Luther North Country Ford Lincoln was positive from the beginning. Initially I was just looking to see what the new 2026 Ford Ranger Lariat had to offer over my 2021 model Ranger Lariat and not so much into making a purchase on a new one. After hearing what Jake could do for me with an offer for my 2021 model in trade my interest was piqued and it was a matter of finding one in the right color. They had one that was just ready to be shipped from the factory in the Carbonized Gray Metallic and I was sold. Jake was able to give me a great deal on my trade-in 2021 model and for the additional tonneau cover and spray-on bed liner accessories. The shipping time dragged on a bit longer than anticipated, but it arrived in time for closing on the deal with Jake and getting a basic introduction to all of the bells and whistles. Then finally finishing the paper work with David Latta just before a planned vacation. Needless to say, but I highly recommend Jake and the rest of the sales team at Luther North Country Ford. Getting used to all of the electronics is the most time consuming particularly when it comes to the navigation system, but once you get it all figured out it is a big plus. The system saved time when I was traveling recently and encountered a potential 20 minute trave delay because of construction work. It sent me to a short alternate route to bypass the delay and as a result I arrived at basically the original planned arrival while saving myself from that delay time.

We had an amazing visit to Miller Motors and the representative that worked with us was amazing. Her name is Alexandra Wolf. We had just started looking for a new Ford F-150 truck with a 5.0 engine and we went to a dealership in Antioch and we were extremely disappointed in the service. And rep didn’t even try to help us stating this is what we have on the lot and was even interested in trying to help us. We left and took a ride to Burlington Wisconsin to the Miller Motor Ford dealership. What a difference where the entire staff was so welcoming and friendly especially Alexandra Wolf who we met as soon as we walked in. She let us see the ones they had and had us come in and sit down while she searched for exactly what we were looking for and found the truck on line at another Ford dealership. She sat there and explained the different trucks available and we found the truck we wanted through her searches and bought it that day. They had the truck brought to there lot, had the truck bed liner put in and had it ready for us to pick up in less then a week. The service was night and day from the other dealership. You felt that they were committed to finding us the perfect match. She listened and worked her magic. We would absolutely recommend Miller Motors to any and all our friends and family!
