I want to say say these guys need to be giving a 10 star or more we have not ever had a great experience until we started coming to Front Royal Ford. please give this team a great pat on the back matter of fact they deserve a big raise.... These guys need to be like a 20 star because no matter what they were the best ever... I have never ever been treated so good with finance like Davis did for us as he was so detailed about everythi9ng when he went over all what we was getting.. Please do not let David or Tony or Kevin leave there the best.... I will never go any where else.. Hamza the general manager was the best ever as well i have never seen the General manger work so hard like this man did... Roy also needs to be in this bunch as well he also helped out. Had an incredible experience at this store buying a mustang. I called them up and spoke with Melissa in sales and was quickly helped to confirm the car in stock. I live 2 hours away so we went ahead and did multiple steps over the phone and email. Devin the sales manager was great to work with, Tom the finance guy got everything arranged prior to the visit. I arrived in the afternoon, vehicle was detailed, gassed up, and the paperwork began. They gave a fair number on my trade. Everyone in the store was pleasant and great welcoming crew. Chris the general manager introduced himself as well and made us feel at home. Nice facility. Before long i was on my long drive home in a brand new stang! this is our second ford purchase and couldn't be happier!
