I recently brought my 2015 Ford Edge to LaFontaine Ford for a rear latch concern, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The advisor was straightforward, professional, and kept me well informed throughout the process. Once I approved the repair, the necessary parts were ordered, and the work was completed within 2 days. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround time.
