I purchased a vehicle from Interstate Ford on June 5, 2026, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, simple, and incredibly fast. My salesperson, Jeffrey Weatherly, was outstanding. He listened to exactly what I was looking for, showed me the vehicles I requested without any pressure, and even sent me home with a hat! The finance process was equally impressive; Larry Foster was amazing and handled the closing exactly the way buying a car should be—efficient and transparent. What truly sets this dealership apart, however, is their commitment to the customer after the sale. After only three days of owning the car, I experienced a major powertrain failure. When I called the dealership, they immediately stepped up. They had me tow the vehicle to a local dealer where it was repaired under the warranty provided by Interstate Ford, and they even covered a portion of the bill.
