Purchased a new 2025 Bronco Sport Big Bend. Everything went smoothly. Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable. When I got the car home I noticed there was a small dent above the left tail light. I sent a picture and they will contact me soon with resolution of the issue. How that is resolved could change my rating. This is the third car I have bought from them so I recommend them often. After the outstanding service during our last vehicle purchase at Lebanon Ford, when ready to buy again we returned. We were a bit disappointed that our former salesman- Jesse Smith was no longer selling cars but had moved to the finance department. He greeted us warmly and introduced us to Tanner Moberly who he confidenced would serve us as effectively as he had. We gave Tanner the specifications as to what we were looking for. A few weeks passed…then the call. He believed he had found exactly what we wanted. It was a gem for sure! We made our decision that evening.
