Envision Ford of Oxnard review
Everyone’s attentive and friendly at Envision Ford. Alex Torres is very efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Plus, he treated me with respect. Every time I take my car for service, I know I will have a nice experience… I’m offered a ride back, I’m offered a cold beverage or coffee, and my car gets washed! I am pleased with the service, thank you, I will definitely return.

2019 Ford Explorer review
Love this vehicle!! Went from 2013 Chevy Malibu to this 2019 fully loaded Ford Explorer. Love the navigation, hands free phone, auto bright lights and Windsheild washer, remote start, sun roofs, back up camera, luggage racks, hitch andtowing capabilities, 3rd row seating and stowing, the Ford app, the Ford warranty, leather heated seats and steering wheel, and all the safety and other luxury accessories.

Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

2020 Ford Explorer review
Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

I placed an order for a 2021 F250 Tremor with all the options I was looking for. Unfortunately due to COVID it took forever to get the truck deliviered but no fault of the dealer. Once delivered they made the process of delivery and finance simple. No surprises!
2022 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2022 Ford Explorer King Ranch, and I purchased it 13 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a collapsable windshield cover to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

It was a great experience going there. It was super fast and easy. I was in and out of there within 1 hour. And the employees are really nice and helpful.
2012 Ford Explorer review
We have owned a 2012 explorer since it was brand new. Lots of room for cargo. Lots of leg room Powerful We do routine oil changes on it Amd fix whatever needs tending to…..Our yearly to year and a half maintenance that needs doing is rear bushings that run about 350 The paint chipped on the front hood a few years back but no rust there yet. I am starting to notice a bit of rust starting down by driver door probably from salt from the roads in our Canadian winters. But it handles amazing on ice and snow (with winter tires of course). Driver door rear has started to unstitch. The original Headlights were phenomenal to see down our dark deer filled hiways. However we changed them out and they are not in comparison to what we had. We also just changed our brakes. For having 282+ KMs in it. I will be driving it until it drops

2017 Ford Explorer review
Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.

Evans Auto BrokerageReviews
Evans Auto Brokerage review
Evans Auto Brokerage will absolutely be my go-to and referral forever. Leo made the entire process of buying a car feel personal, like family, and took all the stress and pain out of it. The team was professional, prompt, and genuinely focused on getting me exactly what I needed to feel safe and confident on the road. The Honda CRV was clean, with everything recently updated and maintained, and better than I could have expected for a used vehicle. They also kept everything at a reasonable value and cost, which I really appreciated. Leo even helped take my old car, making my family and me feel completely taken care of and road-ready. Worth the drive, too. I’ll definitely be back!!
2021 Ford Explorer review
I often drive to the Michigan upper pennisula in the winter. This SUV has never disappointed me. One time I was driving up to Sault Ste Marie early in the morning. The road was slippery with blowing snow. The outside air temp was MINUS 41. i was alone with hardly ever seeing another vehicle. I kept thinking "trust this vehicle" because my life literally depended on it. I had no problems. And everything was on high - the defroster, rear defrost, heated steering wheel, heated seat, radio and keeping my phone charger plugged in. And in case you wonder why I would venture out in these conditions - I was called for jury duty and made it on time !! It has also gotten me out of deep snow.

It was my first time at your new location. Everything went smoothly and everyone was friendly and helpful to me and explained things is a way I understood. I believe my service person was Arturo. He was great and so helpful to me and pointed out a couple of things I didn't know, so I am totally grateful to him and the dealership. I will be back for my next service appointment for sure!
2022 Ford Explorer review
I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

AutoNation Ford Valencia review
I had an outstanding experience working with Austin, the Sales Manager, Peter, and the entire team. I was searching for a very specific Ford Raptor in a particular color, and although they didn’t have exactly what I wanted in stock, they never tried to steer me toward something else. Instead, Austin went above and beyond to locate the exact truck I was looking for at one of their sister dealerships. What impressed me most was their dedication to customer service. Peter was absolutely fantastic—he personally drove over two hours to pick up the truck and made sure everything was completed the very same day. Anyone who has shopped for a Raptor knows how difficult these trucks can be to find, especially when you’re looking for a specific color and configuration. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and professional from start to finish. They listened to what I wanted, respected my preferences, and worked hard to make it happen. It’s refreshing to work with a dealership that genuinely puts the customer first instead of simply trying to sell what’s available on the lot. Thank you again to Austin, Peter, and the entire team for going above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier with my new Raptor and the overall buying experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle and exceptional customer service!

Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. We can't thank him enough for his patience, kindness, and phenomenal Customer Service. This location has a gem of an employee, and we hope that he is recognized! Thank you, Alex! And thank you, Juan! We look forward to working with you again.

2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

Thanks to Denis! We just came to see the cars and check the price, and eventually left in a Ford F-150. Denis, you are an amazing manager who knows how not only to interest, but also to take into account all the preferences of the client. In addition, he also became our translator from English to Russian. Denis explained all the details, as a result, everything was clear and transparent to us in this transaction. Thank you, Denis, thanks to you, a working car has appeared in our family. And with the birth of the baby, it became very convenient and more comfortable to have 2 cars in the family. Denis, we wish you great sales, profitable deals and only super customers.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

Van Nuys Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
John Machado was the only reason I purchased from the dealership I drove from la to van nuys to deal with this guy he know everything about these vehicles I would highly suggest if you want to buy this is the guy to buy from. He helped me get the down payment and monthly payment where I needed them to be and made it happen. He sent a video just for me and pictures. Then he took the time on his day off to help me after the sale. Roger in the service dept also helped me out. Great staff here.

I've had it for less than a week. Everything is going well, however, the center screen will take some getting used to. We'll see after a couple of months.

These negative reviews have me confused because my experience was great! Bought a used Honda from Eric. He made the whole process easy and was up front and honest the whole way through. 0 issues with the car upon pick up. It was a 10/10 experience.

Price Ford of Simi ValleyReviews
Price Ford of Simi Valley review
I’ll start by saying that everyone I’ve met at Price Ford has been professional and respectful, therefore, I only deducted one star in my rating. However, I was very disappointed with the Service Dept. ~4 months ago I purchased a new 2026 Raptor R. I love everything about this truck but the battery failed one morning. I called them about it and they offered to send a technician to jump start my truck. Then they called me back and said they couldn’t do this because “concern for potential damage to the “electronics” I had to call Roadside Service to tow my new truck to them. It took the 3 days to diagnose the problem. Really? Charge or, attempt to charge the battery, put a load test on charged battery, if the battery immediately “draws down” it’s a bad battery. Replace the battery, job complete! 3 days? They didn’t prioritize my vehicle commensurate to the level of the $$$ I spent on this truck and for that, I’m very disappointed with the Service Dept. I’ll avoid returning to them whenever I need service in the future.
2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

CarMax West SaharaReviews
CarMax West Sahara review
Best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. They still use the age old "up" system in greeting walk in prospects, which is fair to the sales people, but we didn't feel like we were just a number. No price negotiations here as the posted price is what it is and the sales people don't work on commission. We had searched their inventory via internet and indicated the vehicle which we were interested in looking at. It was parked at the front entrance waiting for us when we arrived at our appointment time. We ended up buying it. Will buy our next car here too.

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.
