I was cautious about making a big purchase relying only on pictures and online/telephone communications as the dealer location is 500+ miles from my location. Pretty rare for me to leave a review, especially 5 stars on a dealership. Worked with Rich on a used SUV. Great experience and pretty quick in and out of the dealership too. Finance of course gives the options for warranties, and depending on your make/model could easily be worth it. They really weren't too pushy for the add ons, which is exactly why I would go back again. Also, the price is the price. No xx bait and switch. They look to be a very high volume dealer from the middle of nowhere Illinois simply because they don't play the games that we all hate. Very happy with my experience there.

I can honestly say I have only had three (3) exceptional dealerships that I had the pleasure of working with; Heller Ford is one of them. Look for further than Heller Ford for your vehicle needs. Although I did not buy a Ford, they sold me a Lucid Air that was on their used car lot. I really loath those dealers that run you around circles, throwing in extra fees, and just wasting my time. 2025 Ford F-150 review
Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

2025 Ford F-150 review
I purchased a new 2025 XLT powerboost about a month ago. Got around 1500 miles on it. The overall performance of the truck is awesome. Its a good looking truck. I have added tint windows, hard bed cover and I am getting the upgraded leather package for it as well. The gas mileage is great and with hybrid it gets even better. The handling is good. The stop & go is also great. I went from a 2020 Nissan Titan to this F150 and must say I am impressed overall with the truck. I happy about the warranty that ford provided and look to maybe get the extended warranty when the time comes.

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.
2025 Ford F-150 review
Very nice truck. Full comfort platinum. Full power 3.5 Ecoboost with performance package. Smooth and fast. Now let see if it gets to my 2012 F150 FX4 with 150000 miles and still great!
