I was Teddy's first customer. He was professional and very personable. I felt very comfortable, being a single woman buying a car can be a very scary experience. The staff there was very friendly, I will definitely go back there when I am ready to trade this one in.
My wife and I bought our second Escape from Sunshine and we were very happy with the process. We had specific options that we wanted and he was able to find a car that had what we were looking for without a lot of options that we did not want.

The letter said it would take an hour for service but only took a half hour . Everyone was very helpful , especially a young man named Fred Gouveia , who was checking on my car and had it brought out to me after service was complete . Excellent Experience !
I purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2015 Subaru Impreza with just under 38,000 miles for around $16,500 after all was said and done. I also paid only $1,000 down. This included sales tax, gap insurance etc.... Toni and Bob were truly a delight. Toni made the car buying experience absolutely effortless. They had paperwork ready to go and registered my car right on sight for me. Even put my transferred plates on for me. I arrived at the dealership at approximately 11:00 a.m. and my car was ready to drive off the lot by approximately 2:15 p.m. They handled EVERYTHING for me.... EVERYTHING! Toni was extremely informative and helped me set up the right deal for my budget. And with his suggestions (which I ended up agreeing to) I now have auto pay bi-weekly. So, instead of paying a large sum once a month. I pay twice a month smaller installments. With the bi-weekly auto pay my new beauty will be paid off approximately 4 to 5 months earlier! I guess as I ramble on I don't have enough positive things to say about Atlantic Subaru and their staff!!!! I would 110% tell my friends and loved ones to check them out. Wareham Ford dealership was extremely friendly. Our salesperson was knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at. We were able to try out several cars and ended up purchasing a Titanium Escape that has everything we were looking for. Bought a certified used 2017 expedition. Jim Nunes was great to deal with. Fair price on my trade and fair price on the car. They are upfront on their pricing and it was a win for everyone. Never had a question about the quality of the car or a fear they were trying to sell me a lemon. I never thought buying a car would be a pleasant experience (until I went to Colonial Ford in Plymouth, MA). The dealership itself is beautiful. They even have a drive-in carport so you don't have to exit your car when you test drive (which was awesome because it was really rainy the day I was there). It was really cool! Each and every employee who was on duty made me feel like the most important customer they've ever helped. My sales representative was Glenn Smith. He was fantastic! He asked me all the right questions and figured out the best car for me in record time! Glenn worked with manager Dell Roderick and got me the best possible price. Greg Russell made the financial part of this experience so easy! And Winston Bennett rounded out the great team with pictures and congratulations when I picked the car up. There was no hassle.
