I just purchased a new 2026 Bronco from AutoNation Ford Tustin and I had an absolutely incredible experience. I had been car shopping for a while and had visited 3 other dealerships. I found the other dealers (Norm Reeves) to be pushy, not eager to help, and a pain to deal with. But at Ford Tustin it was the total opposite. My sales person Vlad was super friendly and helpful from start to finish. He ran through so many different scenarios, questions, and details. He was happy to answer all my questions and help me put together a plan that worked for me. He wasn’t pushy…instead he offered suggestions and listened to my concerns. His expertise really shined throughout the entire process. My positive experience continued with Roberto, the finance manager. He patiently walked me through my financing options and paperwork. He asked thoughtful questions and made the signing process smooth. Coming from a sales background myself, I’m pretty picky with other sales people. I can confidently say these guys did a fantastic job from start to finish and they certainly earned my trust. Vlad even took the time to follow up a week after my purchase to see how I liked the Bronco!!!!!!! If you visit make sure to ask for Vlad and Roberto, they are all stars! You won’t be disappointed!!!!!

He took time to show me that my tires were in the yellow zone and gave me a great deal on new tires since we were driving my car to Colorado to give to my granddaughter. Although we did not like the vehicle we test drove, we were very impressed by their excellent customer service. We called ahead of time and they had the vehicle we inquired about freshly washed and pulled out for us to test drive. There were no pushy salespeople, just a genuinely polite and informative staff. We have been to quite a lot of dealerships in the past month and thus far our experience with Villa Ford has been the best.

Paid to have vehicle delivered from OKC to COS dealership before I purchased it. Was well worth the 4 days it took to arrive. I have yet to find a truck near the price I paid unless it has double the miles. No haggle price I thought was going to be a big deal, but it was the BEST deal. Call ahead before you walk in or have a salesman name ready, you will be greated by long lost friends (MANY) who want to sell you a car right now. Internet was the best way for me.
