Went in looking for a new truck to best for my needs, which ended up being a base model. I experience zero pressure into buying more than I wanted or needed, Nik listened to my needs while prequalifying even after I asked to look at higher level trims. Nik, allowed me to make my decision, was patient answering any questions I had. Once I made my choice, he was over eager to continue the process as fast as possible but still giving additional time to look over the paperwork. The staff from the General Manager to the lot attendants provided a warm welcome with an offer any assistance.
Great little car lot! No pushy salesmen, everyone was nice and laid back. They had the perfect vehicle that I didn’t think existed. The buying process was very quiet and painless didn’t think it would be so smooth highly recommended if your in the market for a new vehicle.

Crosspointe went above and beyond to find us our perfect car. They listened to what we wanted and respected our budget. We were never pressured into anything and it made the process so easy. The guy that helped us was awesome. This place in general I really liked. Not the typical used car lot. I work in customer service and I do whatever I can to make people happy. I was very excited to get a new (used) car. I assume normally when walking off a lot that the car looks brand new inside and out. They knew we were coming to look at the car, yet the outside was filthy dirty and the inside had dirt all over the floor boards, dog hair in the back seat and crumbs in the cup holder. They had a manager driving the car around as his daily driver. Why they didn't clean the car before putting it back on the lot blows my mind. It was really important to me to have a spotless car. I asked them to detail it but they said their detail crew doesn't work on the weekends. They pressure washed the outside of the car and sent us on our way. I took the car to get detailed and it cost $200. It would have been nice for them to at least offer for us to bring it back on Monday for them to detail. Nice people, but bad customer service.
The salesmen I had worked very hard to find me a car that would keep my payments as low as possible. I dropped by to look at a VW but they "thought" it had been sold. One of the salesmen drove up in a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. The exterior had not been washed nor the inside of the windshield. I bought the car and after having it washed, I realized there were scratches and dents all over the car. In my opinion, the car was purposely left dirty to camouflage the exterior damage. Scratches too deep to be buffed out. Dents could not be repaired by the dent remover.
My car blew a rod approximately a week ago, so I needed a new car ASAP. I spent 5-6 hours perusing various car lots to no avail. I was exhausted, to say the least. Finally decided to drive to Deep Park because of their tremendous selection of cars. Met Marcus and I could tell right away that he wasn't interested in selling me something that I just "kindof" liked-to make a deal and a quick buck. He was very patient, letting me test drive a couple of cars, even one car numerous times. I decided on a Mazda, purchased it and drove home. When I got home, I quickly realized that I made the wrong decision, and I wanted another car I was looking at on the lot- a Volkswagen Eos. Marcus and his team allowed me to return the Mazda and trade it for the Volkswagen- no problem!!! If you are looking for a dealership that's only goal is to make the customer truly happy, you found it!
What a GREAT place to buy a car!!!! Ask for TREVOR, he is so helpful and professional! The minute you walk on the lot he starts listening and understanding what I want , Trevor is so helpful and knowledgeable...all the way to the finish....THE BEST!!!!!! So Happy!!!
A couple of years ago I stopped by Parkway and Del assisted me in my search , but i changed my mine at that time. He gave me his card and asked to remember Parkway when I was ready. No Pressure, Well! I'm ready I went to a couple dealers in Spokane and was stunned how they will take advantage of you! So online I went and searched out Parkway. Great inventory! I called Del discussed a few autos. Picked one and bought it. I love it!! These people aren't out to make money off you or take advantage of you. They paid attention to" MY "needs, I wasn't there all day, My Sales Gentleman Del, took the time to listen to my needs and wants , found my dream SUV. I'm buying my camper from them in the spring. I can't imagine buying from any one else. By the way they have everything even truck canopies, easy access from the highway. 5 stars heck with that 10 stars! to the whole staff.
Thank you Doug Apperson for not only my car, but a great experience buying it. It was a fun afternoon. He was straight forward and didn't waste any time. Funny guy and I would definitely send someone there. Everyone was nice.
