Sam is a stand up guy and this is my story: My name is Christopher Reed and I have been dealing with crappy used cars for almost a decade. The reason you may ask for this is bad decisions in my younger days. Back in 2010, I had to file Bankruptcy and the car that I had a loan for was repossessed. This as you can imagine has made getting a good, reliable car difficult. Because of that I had given up on having something decent and that meant that I was relegated to purchasing “beaters with heaters” that were just as good as the couple hundred bucks in my pocket could purchase. This cycle of buying a crappy car and driving it until it died or I couldn't justify working on it anymore has been a constant headache for almost a decade...until a couple of weeks ago. My brother tells me that he knows a car salesmen that he actually trusts to be fair and honest and can probably help get me financed so that I can get a good, dependable vehicle. I laughed at my brother and told him that no one would finance me for a car that I would actually want and could believe would be a reliable vehicle. After some more “brotherly” back and forth banter, I decided I would at least go down to the lot and see what was available and hear Sam out. So I show up, look at a couple of cars, and meet Sam. Sam was open, friendly, reassuring, and actually listened to my concerns about why I didn't think I could get financed for anything nice. He then proceeded to actually sit there and run some numbers with me based off of what I believed my credit to be and what I believed I could reasonably afford: not any of the back and forth to the back to talk to his “manager” to see if he could come up with better numbers, just a straight and honest back and forth that I greatly appreciated after so many bad experiences with car lots trying to play their games. He then proceeded print off a purchase order for the car that i had decided I wanted to buy and handed me a business card for a local credit union and told me and told me to go talk to them and that this particular outfit had had great success in financing people with concerns like mine. He didn't give me and ot the “this bank will give you this rate or this bank will give you this rigmarole,” he just told me who to go talk to people that could best help me with my situation. I listened to his advice and proceeded to have the best banking experience of my life (and I am now switching all of my accounts to this particular credit union) and got financed for a car that I actually fell in love with and wanted; not my second, third, or fourth choice….the one that I actually wanted. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a high quality used vehicle. TLDR version: Sam is a straight up guy that helped me get a car that I didn't think it was possible for me to get and gave me the single most pleasant car buying experience that I have had in 35 years. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

We just had one of the BEST car buying experiences ever! We bought a 2017 Nissan Rogue from Dale Burghart and we couldn't be happier. Dale was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great sales experience at Foothills Mazda

We just purchased our first Lincoln (and definitely not out last) at Foothills Mazda yesterday. Our sales representative, Sean Michels, was the perfect representative for us. He was patient, helpful, and did his best to ensure we left with the right vehicle for our family. They also had very welcoming facilities for our children including a kids lounge and snacks. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Great Sales & Service - very professional response

Let me begin with an apology for the length of these comments. Please know that each word was earned, not coerced! I usually don’t complete consumer surveys as they seem to be presumptuous, reactionary and boring. What changed my mind on this occasion? A dealership that stands behind the words they speak! We had searched the internet for hours to find a simple, smaller 2WD pickup without all the bells and whistles, yet one with low mileage that would operate effectively for years to come. The list of available vehicles was not long in our neck of the woods but one was found at Arrottas AutoMax. Traveling to North Spokane from Post Falls, Id was not ideal but we called and set up an appointment the next day. Meeting Joe was delightful and he interspersed answers to ALL my questions with candid responses and humor. He didn’t hesitate to provide vehicle history information and even introduced us to Tyler the owner. Both my wife and I felt comfortable and well taken care of. There were comments made that they would “take care of us” as customers throughout the process. I heard the words but had been there before. The pickup itself had some dings - not a problem for a work vehicle from my perspective and not normally seen on a car lot – but perhaps it might work toward a lower price. They didn’t insist on participating on the test drive but showed trust, I liked it. I am not a mechanic so asked if my mechanic would be able to provide an inspection. Again receptive to our needs, an agreement was made. A lower price was offered and agreed upon should my mechanic give a thumbs up. No haggling back and forth. I liked that a lot. My mechanic found some needed repairs that are not normally noticed on a cursory inspection. I was not thrilled to call Joe with the news. Documentation was provided and a call received from the service folks that they wanted to check things out themselves. Our thinking was that the pickup would be taken back to Arrottas and our search would continue. The repairs were not simple or inexpensive. Their response was extraordinary. Not only did they validate the problems noted, but we were extremely impressed that they felt it was important that they repair them. Could it be that they really did want to “Take care of us”? They further showed their character when informing us that they would cover the costs. Did I mention that I was impressed? A car dealership that makes claims that they stand behind is rare these days. We thank God for the blessings we received at Arrottas AutoMax and would not be hesitant to encourage others to visit them for a wonderful vehicle buying experience. Such a relief!

My car blew a rod approximately a week ago, so I needed a new car ASAP. I spent 5-6 hours perusing various car lots to no avail. I was exhausted, to say the least. Finally decided to drive to Deep Park because of their tremendous selection of cars. Met Marcus and I could tell right away that he wasn't interested in selling me something that I just "kindof" liked-to make a deal and a quick buck. He was very patient, letting me test drive a couple of cars, even one car numerous times. I decided on a Mazda, purchased it and drove home. When I got home, I quickly realized that I made the wrong decision, and I wanted another car I was looking at on the lot- a Volkswagen Eos. Marcus and his team allowed me to return the Mazda and trade it for the Volkswagen- no problem!!! If you are looking for a dealership that's only goal is to make the customer truly happy, you found it!
