This transaction was primarily done online because I live 6 hours and 40 minutes away. I completed an online contact form but ended up calling the dealership. Julian was my sales person and he was great. He answered all of my questions promptly and returned calls promptly. Everything was lined up for my trade before I drove up, which saved a lot of time once I got there. This was not my first distance purchase. Their warranty on used vehicles is part of the reason I chose this particular car and was willing to travel over 6 hours to get it. I highly recommend Julian for anyone considering a vehicle here or who is purchasing long distance. Everyone I worked with was great and when I needed a temp tag after the sale due to Kentucky law, it was handled promptly. Even after the sale was complete, they were still available and handled the issue immediately. Five stars.

Mike worked so hard to help me get into a new SUV, even though my credit isn’t the best and my trade-in wasn’t great either. The effort he put in truly amazed me. I also had the pleasure of working with Tony in finance, who was just as wonderful. He was personable, understanding, and respectful of my situation. Both Mike and Tony were polite, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. They put in so much effort to get me into a new car, and it definitely paid off! I’m thrilled to be picking up my 2024 Hyundai Venue tomorrow morning. I can’t thank Mike and Tony enough for all their hard work for me and my daughter. Even though I know I wasn’t the only client they were helping, when I was with them, I felt like I was their only priority.
