We bought a 2016 Ford Escape in June and it needed a key made which was done at no cost then in a couple of weeks had an issue with a wheel speed sensor that was fixed at no cost and we had them service it yesterday the 12th of October and they were very nice and got it took care of only thing was took longer than expected was told an hour but took almost two hours but at least nothing was broken while working on it like some other place has done in the past also need to be abit more cautious about spilling stuff on the paint by the fuel lid I was able to get it wiped out but otherwise very nice and efficient job well done otherwise so bottom line is if you need anything done I'd recommend thanks for a job

Honesty, courtesy and professional. Why is this important? He was incredibly professional, kind, and easy to work with from start to finish. Jace took the time to answer all of the questions we had before we made the trip there, (out of state sales taxes, financing, etc) When we arrived, they had everything ready for us and we had everything we needed. Chris in Financing was outstanding as well. He made everything smooth and easy. He took the time to explain all the facts and figures in a way to make it very easy to understand. I can honestly say this was the best buying experience we’ve ever had. Everyone we interacted with was very helpful and accommodating.

Today I went for the Ford Works service and Computer Flash as I installed a oem remote starter. I left totally happy. I was at the point of thinking about timing service on my truck for trips up north to see family but their service department today (rep. Haley Estes and the service manager) changed my mind about This dealership. I will be having my future service done there and they have a customer for life as long as they give me this type of service.
