Our 2015 Explorer stared exhibiting electrical system issues and then wouldn't start. Don Wood Ford scheduled us immediately and diagnosed the problem as a bad battery instead of something more serious (and expensive). So, we'll just add this to the list of positive experiences. It gives us great piece of mind to know that they're there for us in emergencies as well as routine maintenance!

My experience was amazing! I dont have good credit, and was nervous, but everyone was so friendly and down to earth it made my car buying experience so much fun! Im in love with my suv (nissan rogue.) Randy really took the time to work with me and explain things, were upfront and honest, and i feel i got a very good deal.
