I went to multiple dealerships with a very picky list of requirements for my purchase, and Richardson’s was the ONLY dealership that actually cared enough to listen, and didn’t real me in with a car that they “just sold” and try to send me off in something else.
I was beyond impressed with the customer service, and the ease of the entire car buying process. They worked out a deal for me that was far better than any other dealership offered, let me drive my car for a few days before I purchased it so I could be sure it’s the one I wanted.
I dealt directly with the owner, Larry, and Dennis at the ford store.
There won’t be another dealer that will get my business from here on out. Richardson’s is worth the drive!!!
Biggest truck I ever needed!

Very reliable. No issues mechanically. Seats are a little stiff if you're picky on comfort. Easy to do maintenance. I wish the little trucks stuck around.
It was such a pleasure to meet with Kim. It’s so refreshing to work with someone who has such a straight forward personal style. She was in touch with us on our quest to find the perfect vehicle throughout our search. Go talk to Kim!

This is a 2010 great running Ford pick up truck, priced well below book value. It has a Lund box cover, a receiver hitch, newer tires and well-maintained.
Bill LANG BAY CITY MI I own Toyota Tacoma and there service has been out standing. Pat Rohde your sales person has been out standing; knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy! We did not close the deal but was due to a problem at my end. I will be back and recommend your dealership and Pat to others and that does happen often!

Bought mine new. It's been a love affair ever since. I wouln't change it for any other truck!. After 220000 miles, still is peppy and doesn't use any oil! I intend to refurbish it in the near future;new paint, engine etc.
Best customer service in the Tri-City area and the State of Michigan. Also the best dealer to get your next new or used vehicle from.
Perfect light truck for commuting and weekend jobs

I bought my Ranger new in 2009 but it has less than 50k miles. I use it to commute occasionally and it is mainly the weekend workhorse for suburban living. It replaced an identical 1998 except that this one is an automatic V6 and it's predecessor had the 4 with a stick. I got rid of the 1998 at 140k miles with having only replaced the timing chain (in addition of course to the usual tires/battery, etc.) My 2009 has not had any problems other than the Takata airbag recall that I had done last week. In working with the dealer on this issue is was not one of their finest moments but my service rep ended up knowing what to do and how to make it right. While I like the new technology in the reborn 2019 Ranger, I am not so sure about the required 4 cylinder engine. Thought about getting a new one since I have had such a good experience with a total of almost 200k miles between the two trucks, but when I do I probably will switch brands in order to stick with a V6. However, at less than 50k miles the only thing I would be getting would be new infotainment technology; the working aspect of the my current truck is fully adequate and no less than a more current model year.
