We have a Ford Fusion since 2017 and it has been fantastic vehicle for us. In past week we had repair done on fixing the electronic security system, connected to the edge of driver door that was not operating correctly. Josh helped me with identifying the issue and also Jack. Veterans Ford did their analysis and tests to get to the root cause with their specialized technicians in the electronics area. We were very concerned as this issue is very critical for us to function correctly. I am so happy that the Ford team at Veterans got it fixed and all is running perfectly again. Because the issue was intermittent it made the challenge even more difficult - so my thanks goes to the whole team who made this repair a success. After much research, we landed at this dealership to look at a particular used vehicle. It was our first time here; making an appointment was quick and easy, and Mike Bolton greeted us when we got there, with the vehicle right outside to look over and drive. There was absolutely no pressure to look at other vehicles or spend more money; we were even treated to lunch while we waited for paperwork to be completed.
