What a GREAT experience! We couldn’t be happier! Perry was wonderful to work with. He was personable, flexible, accommodating, patient, informative, and was exceptional in providing us with the details of the vehicle and demonstrating the functionality. The purchasing process was also smooth. Tom was great to work with. Thank you for everything!

Front Royal Ford review
I would like to say Front Royal Dealer ship is amazing and they did very good for me and my son which my son Raymond bought a car on Thursday 12/11/2025 and then the very next day my wife and I bought one 12/12/2025 as we are very pleased with every one that is listed. Kevin, Tony, David in finance. I want to say say these guys need to be giving a 10 star or more we have not ever had a great experience until we started coming to Front Royal Ford. please give this team a great pat on the back matter of fact they deserve a big raise.... These guys need to be like a 20 star because no matter what they were the best ever... I have never ever been treated so good with finance like Davis did for us as he was so detailed about everythi9ng when he went over all what we was getting.. Please do not let David or Tony or Kevin leave there the best.... I will never go any where else.. Hamza the general manager was the best ever as well i have never seen the General manger work so hard like this man did... Roy also needs to be in this bunch as well he also helped out. Thank you all so so much. When I need another car I will be coming to Front Royal Ford they really care about there customers its not just that they want to sell a car they do care. Every time i came into the dealer ship Zach went above and beyond as well as Bryan the manager. Thank you all

Criswell Ford of Woodstock review
Had an incredible experience at this store buying a mustang. I called them up and spoke with Melissa in sales and was quickly helped to confirm the car in stock. I live 2 hours away so we went ahead and did multiple steps over the phone and email. Devin the sales manager was great to work with, Tom the finance guy got everything arranged prior to the visit. I arrived in the afternoon, vehicle was detailed, gassed up, and the paperwork began. They gave a fair number on my trade. Everyone in the store was pleasant and great welcoming crew. Chris the general manager introduced himself as well and made us feel at home. Nice facility. Before long i was on my long drive home in a brand new stang! this is our second ford purchase and couldn't be happier!

Criswell Ford set the bar across the board for a perfect remote experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry on their website and their sales people were not only responsive, but extremely kind. They assisted me with walking me through the entire process. I drove 2 hours away sight unseen to this vehicle and it was absolutely FLAWLESS. They sent the car out for detail, waited until closing to hand me the key, and asked me if I had any questions before I pulled off. Driving it few days later. Absolutely LOVE my mustang. Reached out to Front Royal Ford re: a used 2020 Ford Mustang Eco Boost Premium. Got a swift and professional response. Also received timely updates on price changes from my rep, Jared Pence. Went to Front Royal in person and everything was set up for a quick, no-hassle decision. The Sales Manager, Tony, was involved but he let Jared run the process and he did a great job. Post sale follow up has also been very good. Friendly people, quick response, straight negotiation and quality cars! What more do you need?

I recently took my son's 2004 mustang in for a noise located in the rear of the car. Michelle Mederos(service advisor) and the service team is professional, friendly, and makes you feel welcome. Michelle is very helpful and keeps you up to date with the information on your vehicle. This is my second car I have taken there. I will definitely continue coming back. It is truly nice to find a trustworthy service department in today's world!

I had selected two car options prior to arriving. Dave Simmons had them ready and reviewed the differences with me and had tags ready for me to test drive. Caid made the finance and warranty process seamless. Donna handled the paperwork with ease. I ordered upgraded floor mats and luggage rack cross bars through Mike in the parts department and had them in a few days. Love the loaner for life! Side note: This dealer recently repaired and serviced my Chevy Silverado and did a awesome job!

On Sat, July 5 we purchased a 2020 F150 with the assistance of Dylan Griebel. The truck was being processed into the dealership and was not ready for delivery. Dylan kept us informed of the truck's repairs and status. He professionally assisted in making changes to one of the warranties and facilitated a smooth delivery. Knowledgeable, friendly and thorough, we would enjoy working with Dylan again.

I contacted this dealership through e mails and had some questions as to the truck I was looking at and the salesmen Bryce Do answered all of them in a timely fashion. About five days later I drove up from Richmond ( 85 miles) to look at the truck and Bryce worked with me, so I left with a new ( used) truck that day. Good job

Negotiated with manager. Ok. Found a few things that will need to be fixed. Will talk to Sheehy about them.

Sheehy Ford of WarrentonReviews
Sheehy Ford of Warrenton review
I am really happy with my experience at Sheehy Ford in Warrenton from start to finish. From my very first phone call to ask about the availability of the Ford Explorer ST, Gabe Irizzary, my salesperson, was helpful, professional, and honest. If he did not immediately have the answer to one of my questions, he did not make something up. He reached out to his manager, got the correct information, and quickly followed up with me. His manager, Gus Andrade, also reached out, and I truly appreciated their transparency. They provided me with the out-the-door price for a Maryland resident without hesitation, which was one of the main reasons I decided to drive over 90 minutes the next day to see the Explorer in person. Once I arrived, Gabe took me on a test drive, and the great customer service continued. During the paperwork process, Gabe noticed there was a small chip in the windshield and immediately brought it to my attention. Even though Gus was out that day, Gabe spoke with a manager and assured me that the issue would be taken care of. People often tell me that I am too trusting, but I believed them — and they proved me right. True to their word, Gus arranged for someone to come to my home and replace the windshield with a Ford windshield, not an aftermarket one. That meant a lot to me. Thank you to Gabe and Gus at Sheehy Ford in Warrenton, VA, for your customer service, transparency, and for honoring your promise. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them, and I would gladly refer my family and friends as well.
