It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Frustrated with the dealership where I purchased my SUV, I decided to contact Alex dealership for service. Stephanie was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. She provided me with a loaner vehicle that was very well kept, as well as put my mind at ease that everything would be taken care of. I also had my SUV detailed during the servicing. After a 35-minute drive, Loren Burway delivered my vehicle in Presteigne condition. It looked like it was just driven off the display floor. I am very happy with the service provided. Thank you so much!

I had an outstanding experience working with Bastian while purchasing my car. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right vehicle—not just making a sale. He took the time to listen to my needs, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. What really stood out was his honesty and transparency. Bastian never pressured me or tried to rush the process. Instead, he provided clear information and helpful guidance, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. If you’re looking for a car salesman who is trustworthy, friendly, and goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Bastian. He made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable.

Used it for doing tours in Big Sur, Monterey, Carmel and the coastal areas and always was able to get uphill and have plenty of power with 15 people in it. Works great for touring and transportation. Comfortable ride, great head room, half the price of the Mercedes and Gray is the best color! Mid roof is the best option because of the wind and head room. Ride is nice.

This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Mark made the transaction simple and fast. We got a great deal, too. Next time we need a vehicle we are coming to VIP.
2016 Ford Transit-350 review
We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.
