We had to return some complicated items and they were very nice friendly and professional. Because of the pandemic we were way beyond the 30 day return policy but they took them back anyway and gave us the credit we were owed.

George Wall Ford Lincoln review
My experience with George Wall Ford just could not have gone better. No pressure sales and patience with the questions I had. Following my purchase of a 2024 Ford F250 their service dept. picked up right where the sales team left off. They are extremely courteous and complete. This dealership is run exactly how a customer wants a business to be run.

Dana Ford Lincoln review
I have purchased or leased three (3) vehicles from Dana. In an industry that is often maligned or misrepresented I had the distinct pleasure od interacting with Mr. John Daly. Mr. Day is a consummate professional with broad and comprehensive knowledge of his profession. I use the word "profession" simply because with representatives like Mr. Daly, the perception and status of the vehicle sales business is raised to the level or a true profession. As an attorney, I interact with people on every level on a daily basis. In the often confusing and even stressful word of vehicle purchase, Mr. Daly exhibited the calm professional knowledge, courtesy and demeanor that made MY purchase a pleasure! Mr. Daly has confirmed my loyalty to Dana as a lifetime customer!! Thank the Dana management and Mr. Daly!!

This is my second purchase from the Maple Crest dealership. Walk in with the expectation of driving out with a car. They are going to do everything humanly possible to assist you. I was treated like a KING, and i truly felt like one, driving out with my brand new Lincoln. The service goes beyond selling you a car. You get calls to make sure you are satisfied. Also last but not least, the mobile service is receive Tire rotation, free Oil change and Dianostic service right at my home. My wife is jealous, I fell in love with Maple Crest Dealership. Thanks a lot Anthony I truly appreciate your knowledge and professionalism in the smooth transition of selling me this fine Automobile. Stop by and tell them that Lewis sent you. Thanks again Maple Crest Family. Lewis Underwood

I leased a 2024 nautilus from Dana Ford . My sales man was Ahmed Khodir. He was very courteous and professional and he really worked with my wife and I and I am very pleased with him. He spent time to go over everything in the car so my wife and I were familiar with all the new gadgets. If anybody is looking for a car, I highly recommend him. Al Rago

Ourisman Ford of Manassas review
On August 28 I bought a 2026 Ecoboost Mustang in Adriatic Blue to replace my 2017 that was need of major repair. I worked with Dean Orbell, who made the experience quick and easy. A few days later I noticed a small ding on the passenger door, and Ourisman took the car in for repair. Unfortunately the body shop left the car with the door removed out in the elements and that evening we had a terrible thunderstorm which caused the passenger compartment to be flooded. Unfortunately this was heading into Labor Day and I couldn’t get the problem resolved until the following Tuesday. I worked again with Dean, Abraham and Cesar to get into a replacement Mustang. While it was an upsetting situation with the body shop, the team at Ourisman corrected the problem and made me very satisfied. I have to give special recognition and thanks to Dean for his professionalism and support in getting me into a new car. I would most certainly buy another car from Dean.
