I bought my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from my local dealership. Recently I caught them NOT doing the servicing I was paying for. I decided to give them one last chance, so I brought my Jeep into them for my required service. They quickly informed me of the following: They told me that I needed servicing on my front & rear differentials; a new cabin air filter and fuel injector cleaning. They quoted me $800.00 for all the work. I declined to have them do any of their quoted repairs...and I agreed to pay them for the $39.00 oil change that they had already done. My next phone call was to L&M Motors. Jimmy Cain the Service Mgr. was very understanding and offered to check out my concerns, and my extended warranty. This morning, I had L&M Motors go over all the repairs my former dealership had told me I needed. L&M took my Jeep in right away, and within an hour...their mechanics checked my front & rear differentials, my cabin air filter and told me ALL were NOT in need of any servicing, and no issues were found on a general inspection. There wasn't even a charge to check & inspect these items ! Where Do You Think I'm Taking My 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited to for Service & Repairs from NOW ON !!!
First time here so far it's been great. Sales people have excellent. All paperwork has been smooth. We have switched from Ford Escape to Lincoln MHC. To Date we are loving all our experiences with Jacky Jones.
Had car service , Drop car off , the Dealer gave a ride home and was going to call when service was complete . Received call that car was ready, ask did we need a ride, to get my car and car was clean when arrived. speedy and fast service
I found the car on "Cargurus" called the Dealerand made an appointment. Got to the Dealership and worked with Eylish. She was able to answer all my questions. Was very honest. She worked very hard to earn my business. I appreciate the way she explained what was going on during the Sales process. It was a pleasure buying a Car from her. I also appreciate the Manager introducing himself and then Thanking me for my business.
Called them about a car and completed the entire action on the phone. Car was purchases and delivered without is seeing it. We were not disappointed. The car is great! Dave was our salesman and he did an awesome job keeping in touch through the process.

I found car online and called Eddie Ackerman and he had car and paperwork ready when I arrived. Drove car and loved it. He then brought paperwork for husband to sign and made it very easy. Go see Eddie Ackerman for a great experience.
I came in to get a new truck knowing what I wanted to buy I came in and saw Eddie Ackerman. I told him what u wanted drove 4 different cars and trucks. Told him what I wanted again down to the color. He found it and I changed my mind on the color he found that. Then again I said a different color. Yes I am a hard person to deal with. So after going back to the color black he went back and had to find one again cause they sell fast So he found it. Then I told him what price I wanted and he made it happen. He want tell you that you are number one but he shows you! He is great.....please tell him I said thank you!
