My Fianc and I went to Four Seasons Ford to look into a SUV for our growing family. We walked in and was immediately greeted by one of their sales agent Charles Thomas. He helped us find the right car for us and was so easy to get along/work with when it came to our budget. Definitely recommend this dealership, and if you get the option work with Charles.
My retirement car was going to be a Mustang convertible. Looked at a bunch, and finally found my way south of the border (we live in NC, just north of the SC line). A short hop to Travlers Rest brought us to the friendly folk at George Coleman Ford. We came just to look at a pre-owned 2016 Mustang, but a combination of their aggressive pricing, generous trade-in value for my Subaru, and lack of pressure, and, well, I drove home with the top down in my new (pre-owned) Mustang. I'd go there again, and I'm pleased to recommend this dealership to others.
I was driving through the area and my company Ford F150 blew an oil cooler line and was towed to the Taylor Ford dealership. I was met by A Service Advisor Named Travis Singleton and he really surprised me in that he was very helpful and done everything he could do to not only get me back on the road the next day but also helped me to get to a hotel since there were no available cars to rent anywhere with in an hours drive. I'd like to commend him for going over and above, as this doesn't happen much these days. I'd also like for the Taylor dealership and FORD to know this and that they have a great customer facing employee and all around great guy in him. To Travis, Thanks again for helping me through a inconvenient time, with a smile. I'd highly recommend this dealership and Travis to everyone, even if your from out of state like I am. Five Stars !!!
I wasn’t really “shopping” for a used vehicle, this one kinda fell into my lap. It was good timing cause the wife has always preferred the SPORT model. My sales rep was Mark Williams. He offered for me to take the car home for the weekend to show her and just take our time to decide. Upon returning the vehicle, there was no haggling over the price or my two trade-ins. He exceeded our expectations. If anyone asks for a sales referral, Mark is the man!! Thank you for an easy, friendly and professional transaction. We will definitely be back when it’s time to buy again and always telling others.
We came in to buy a second car, the sales people were great. Joe Garland helped us with our purchase but I have to credit all the rest of the sales people also for entertaining our kids so we could have a conversation and take our time. Joe was not pushy or rushing us into anything. We ended up having many laughs with the finance manager Gerald and by the time we walked out of his office I saw my kids dancing and laughing even though they should have been cranky after a very long ride. This was the easiest car buying experience we have had. The guys there seem honest, genuine and easy going. If we need another car I will be going to George Coleman Ford.

Brandon Small was very courteous and professional. We came in to look at cars and explained to him our wants and our needs he fulfilled all of those and answered any questions that my wife and I each had.
