Excellent customer service experience! Mon Sept 11 called Sarah Hersee to schedule LOF, Tire rotation & State Inspection. Sarah scheduled me for 10:15 am Wed Sept 12. Joie Mullen, our trusted service adviser, informed me the State Multipoint Inspection revealed front brakes/pads/rotors needed to be replaced which was completed that day! Joie found the front tire had a leak coming from the rim and resealed the tire to the rim. The right front tire needing to be resealed shows the attention to detail Joie?s team shows. Years when I was on the road flying out Sunday night and returning Friday night Herb Connolly Chevrolet always help my wife care for our two cars in a way that made her safe and secure. Just before Christmas, I visited Best Ford. I was looking for a used King Cab pickup truck in decent condition. The salesman, Will, was very professional, in addition to being an outstanding gentleman. I was presented with a 2014 Ford F-150 STX. During their inspection, they discovered a chip in the windshield, and installed a new windshield (no extra charge.) I ended up buying it. I immediately took it on a 2000 mile shake down cruise to visit family for Christmas. It was and is absolutely flawless. I found that it had been VERY well cared for by previous owners, it was in excellent condition. So I've had it now for 2 months. It's a truly excellent vehicle. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Best Ford. I especially recommend Will as a salesman! One caution: have your financing established and in order before buying (unless you plan to use dealer financing.) But that is true with any vehicle purchase from a dealer.

Recent visit to Imperial Toyota and purchased a used vehicle and would like to acknowledge the wonderful treatment from our first encounter with salesman Carlos Campos! Once we found the car we were interested in we located Carlos in the showroom and he got right to work on letting us go through the car and then took it for a test drive! The car was exactly what we were looking for and in our price range! When the final numbers were brought together, we moved over Desiree in the finance office. She was extremely efficient and quickly went over all the paperwork required to finish the transaction! Needless to say we would be happy to work with the both of them again. Van is roomey and reliable. But doors do not fit well and the vehicle didn't come with a jack. It does have a spare tire but no jack

Peter was the first person who helped me and was very helpful, when I had a family emergency he held my Mustang till I could get in to see it. Kern was the individual who I saw when I was able to see the car. He was very helpful and got me quickly through the process. The only problem I had was the rocker stripe was missing on the passenger side is missing and they have not been able to get it replaced. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
2021 Ford Transit Connect review
Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.
