I love the car I purchased!!! However, the dealership should upgrade their AI (Emma) because my only question before going to see the car is if the prices were negotiable. AI claimed they did negotiate, but once I arrived, I was told they don't. Customers just don't want to be misled. - I thought I was texting with a real person only to find it was actually AI. So, I ended up paying a bit more for the car than I really wanted to. But, I justified that because the car was in really good shape for a 2018, and it had less than 34,000 miles. I would probably use this dealership again.

When he called at 7:30 am, Yes, called first thing, in the morning...He was very patient in listening to me explain the concerns I had with my truck. Was very informative as to the initial estimate, and as to what he thought might be the cause of my concerns. He had promised to keep me posted on the progress throughout the day and he truly kept his word. Not only had he found and fixed all my concerns, he also noticed a recall that hadn't been addressed, so he took the time to take care of that as well.. AND, I had my truck back the same day.. 2017 Ford Transit-150 review
This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

Since my brother bought his Ford Explorer at Economy Auto Sales approximately 4 years ago, I was very pleased with they way they treated and handled the deal with my brother Lloyd so when it came to getting another car for my granddaughter I looked at approximately 18 different auto places (from Merced to Turlock to Oakdale) to look for the best deal and found CarMax to be the highest cost in used cars I decided to go back to the place where my brother got such an amazing deal! I went back to Economy Auto Sale where there was no pressure and no pushy sales men like all the others. They walked me through the cars that I was interested in and gave me another great deal on a 2016 Hyundai Elantra 4 door Sedan! So I bought it!!! After getting her car 6 weeks later I bought another car.
