We bought our new Ford Explorer from Steve Lombardo at Ford Square in Mount Vernon IL. It was the best buying experience we have ever had! Steve went above and beyond to locate the vehicle that I wanted. We walked in on a Saturday and sit with Steve for about an hour to go over what potions I had to have and color. He dealt with hundreds of text messages and questions from me, even on a Sunday night. By Tuesday morning Steve had located our Explorer and made arrangements to get it here from out of state. When we arrived to pick up our new car the owner of the dealership Roy Schmidt came out personally to thank us for our business. We have never had that happen before! It was a very nice personal touch. Steve went over every detail and option our Explorer had and probably spent about an hour showing me how to operate all the technology it had and syncing our phones up. I would highly recommend this dealership and Steve Lombardo in the future as they are a class act!
Cindy Poston, of Ford Square, made the experience of trading up for a vehicle with third row seating very convenient and easy. She stayed after closing hours to allow me to test drive the Buick Encore, and made the entire process very easy. This included moving our grandbaby's car seat over to our new vehicle while we finished signing papers in the business office. Everyone involved in the process was extremely helpful and friendly.
