I went in to look at a specific car to see if I would like it in person. Turns out I do! Alex greeted us right away and made the process very easy for me to come to my decision. My payments and total price were made achievable to me plus I received way more for my trade in than I thought I would get. He even answered questions I faced on the upgraded technology via text a couple days later.

Bought it used from Carmax had 31,000 miles 4 months later won’t start now has 35,000 miles got towed to dealer and of course it’s not the fuel pump because that is covered under warranty it’s the electric module that makes fuel pump work . So now I have to pay 3 00.00 some dollars. But yet I see all kind of people posting about this part really Ford . First Ford Never again back to Chevrolet
A week ago I had gone on-line and requested quotes from various dealerships, not knowing exactly what I wanted but there were things that were important to me. Saturday morning (at an appropriate time) Joe Reid called to find out how he could help me. I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle and he had a couple of models in mind for me to check out, so I told him I would meet him. Mind you I had a list of dealerships to visit and passed a couple on my way to meet with Joe, but I had made a commitment to meet him first. The car I was currently driving was 18 years old and in good condition, but I was ready for something new! My last experience with a dealership was about twelve years ago when my son was 16, and it was so horrible that I never wanted to go back.(That was in the east bay) Joe Reid was so nice and explained everything so well, that to be honest....I didn't want to go anywhere else. We went for a test drive in a model that suited my needs. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase something more than I needed or to commit to something that I really couldn't afford. Not for a moment did I feel uncomfortable, in fact every part of my buying experience went so well that I almost thought it too good to be true!! With-in a few hours I drove away in my brand new Hyundai Kona right off the show room floor!!! I love my new Kona and I would recommend Manly Hyundai to anyone whether they are buying their first car or their last. I also want to thank Hasan in financing for being so nice and understanding when it came to making sure I knew all the warrantees available to me and what I could afford. My recently acquired Ford Edge Limited is to say the least a Very Nice product. I’ve owned 16 Ford vehicles from cars to 4x4 trucks and Broncos I’ve loved em all but on this day in my life the Edge does it!
It’s got so many luxury features that I am still discovering them, so many great ones are safety oriented. I looked for and found the 3.5 liter engine and could not be more pleased. Put it in sport mode and she goes. With 20” Scorpion tires handling is excellent for a vehicle with a higher profile, I just came out of a BMW 328i that was on 18x245 Michelin pilot sport tires so I am paying attention! The right engine/trans package is always important. If you get what you want in this vehicle It is worth the money!
To me it is best described as a somewhat tamed sports car with better visibility, the low center of gravity will have you looking for the sweet spot in that on ramp as you switch to sport mode and just move!!
Brian was accommodating and just a good guy. A lot of people have an unfavorable opinion of car salespeople, rest assured, with Brian, you don't need to worry. He listened, he cared, and he gave me a great deal.

This truck came equipped with everything I thought I would have to add after purchase. Very comfortable for me at 6ft 4in and my wife at 5ft 1in.
Erik was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was incredibly helpful in finding me my perfect car and I felt zero pressure during my entire visit. Due to some insurance mix ups, not the dealership's fault at all, the process took a bit longer than expected. But Erik was patient and even stayed past closing to make sure all the paperwork was in order and that I got to drive my new car home at the end of the day.

Very comfortable, good performance, nice amenities. Having had the previous version of Sync, the Sync 3 on this model is MILES ahead in user-friendliness and options. The vehicle is very quiet on the highway and excellent on road trips. Very happy with the purchase!
Everyone was very serviceable oriented, we loved that!

I bought this car with only 29,000 mile. So far this has been a great car. I plug this car in every night and drive to work in mostly electric mode only. So great as I am averaging about 45 mpg. This car comes standard with so many great options.
Such a hassle free experience. If your looking to buy a car this is the place! They went straight to the point and just wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I couldn???t be happier with how smooth and fast my whole experience was at Manly. I???ll be coming back for sure!!!

When we purchased our 2015 Fusion Energy, it was incredible, though priced a little high it got 80 plus mpg., we live in Oklahoma so the terrain is mild and that helped. In 2017 my mpg. Dropped to 69.9 mpg. So I took it to the shop they said the battery cooling fan went out and than said they performed a software update which seemed good, but 3 days latter I noticed my car got about 50 mpg, they said reset it, so I did, Then it dropped to 45.5, I complained and brought it to them, they insisted that it must have been miscalibrated originally’but wouldn’t that be fraud’, so this thing has been in the shop many times and now I get 39.9 mpg and fill up a lot Now we have 70k miles and are going to trade it while the warranty exists. This 45k car is worth 14k and still beautiful. We bought it for mileage for way more than the gas model and got ripped off by Ford.

I appreciated the fact that she didn't use aggressive sales tactics, and that she was so helpful at finding a vehicle that matched my requirements, even after the vehicle I came to see was out on loan for the day. She went the extra mile for me as her customer, swaping out the wheels and delivering my vehicle to my house, an hour's drive from her dealership. All in all, I had a great experience with Miranda and give her my highest recommendation.

I am very pleased with the Ford F-150 XLT 4x4 this truck is eveythat I was looking for in a truck. Has the 6 cylinder eco boost engine with 10 speed transmission, off-road package, tow package!
I went in looking for a new vehicle but I was not sure what I wanted. Edgar asked few questions and showed me some options. He was able to find me the right car, at a great price! This has been, by far, the best car purchase I made, specially because I felt no pressure and he really took his time to make sure I was 100% satisfied.

This 4x4 truck is awesome. It is a 2016. But, still smells brand new. It is very clean and is everything we need with very low mileage.
Test drove both the V4 with turbos, don't bother...it's too big of a vehicle and takes 10 years to get up to highway speed. The V6 is much better fit for the size. Very roomy, excellent cargo space. Plenty of leg room in the back seat. I took out the SEL and Titanium and the leather is sharp and nav is easy to use. Prices seem very reasonable for the options you get. My only watch out is that this is a SUV not a cross over. Felt more like my husbands F150 than my Rav4.

Bought this to pull my fifth wheel camper. This truck has the 6.2 gas motor and will pull anything. No hesitation or straining on this truck. Hook up and go in a very stylish and comfortable truck. Big price tag but will be one of my favorite vehicles to drive for years to come.
I've leased two cars from here, and the sales and service staff have always been friendly, helpful and efficient. Service appointment time is never very long... And there's a great coffee machine!
Rides smooth, nice acceleration.

So far. Really like it. A smooth , passenger friendly vehicle.Less feeling of all the bumps on the road here in Michigan. A lot to learn in terms of operating. It'll take a while. Because the car can do so much.
Shopped the 3 Nissan Dealerships, and North Bay Nissan provided the best customer service, and offered the best deal. From start to finish is was a great experience. Go see Josh Switzer--he was great to work with!
Worst vehicle ever

Just one year old. Battery died(YES everything was off). You cannot get the the door locks to unlock the back seat door(where my jump box is). Thought I would use a solar panel designed to keep batteries charged. Truck is run for 8 days then sits for 6. Guess what some "engineer" designed the truck so none of the aux power outlets work when the truck is turned off(great idea (sic)). The cruse control is a pain in the rear to operate(steering wheel controls are NOT user friendly). If you program a "My Key" you cannot modify without the master key. You do not teed it to program(STUPID). The hands free almost never works( voice comes on and says"you have an incoming call press 1 to answer" NOT hands free. Who designs a 4X4 truck with manual hubs in this day and age, but has an electric lock on the tailgate. I you want to use the front center cup holders with the center jump seat down, you have to remove the headrest from the center console then try to find someplace to store it, I recommend the trash. Took a rock in the windshield when the truck was 4 months old, The new windshield would not seal. After the company replaced twice, it was determined that the windshield opening was not the correct shape, it took tripling the sealant to get the windshield to seal. In the 70's I was a diehard Ford fan but now they are garbage. I would not recommend Ford to my worst enemy.
The process of buying from this dealership is fantastic. Everyone was extremely nice. We actually had fun buying our car. Joshua Switzer and team is funny and professional at the same time. Perfect experience.

It’s large and powerful. Holds a lot of cargo and people. I like the auto stepside and the sound system. It’s been a reliable car.

This truck has so much leg room. The panoramic sunroof is so amazing. Very pleased with this vehicle and would highly recommend it to anyone.
Service is always quick and timely, staff is friendly and helpful, waiting area fairly comfortable. I love the wash and vacuum my car during the service visit too.

This car meets all my standards & beats my expectations. I've never owned a car with as many bells & whistles as my 2016 Ford Focus. I have a family of 5 and I thought at first it might be to small bc our family is tall & big boned height ranges from 5'11" to 4' tall. We're all very comfortable together in the car. It has so many bells & whistles I'm still figuring everything out the car has to offer lol. It is a very reliable car, great on miles, great on gas I filled up for $17 I was so excited about that. I'm very happy with the car and everything it has to offer.
