I have been buying cars for a very long time. I have dealt with many stereotypical car guys and I have never met a sales professional like Chris Anderson! Why this guy isn’t in management somewhere I don’t know!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
AA Motors LLC was the best place to purchase a used car for my seventeen year old son. Andy provided excellent customer service during the purchase of my sons 2000 Toyota Camry. Andy made sure that the car was in good condition and answered every question that we had. Appointment was at 4 - did not leave til 6:30 Answer about heating system to technical so I was unable to conprend and walked away Charged different price then quoted Usually give you a quick wash. Was never asked not was done
The crew at Carlotz were extremely helpful, they were honest and straightforward in the answers to all my questions, when they didn't know something they did the research to find out. Throughout the process they were transparent and appeared to be as much an advocate for me in finding the right vehicle to meet my needs as they are for those people to whom they are selling their vehicles. Staff was very helpful in getting service scheduled. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Service was completed timely without delay. A small issue developed after installation of radio (loose wire), staff went out their way to apologize and to make things right. Only a minor inconvenience and does not impact my likely hood of doing business with dealership in the future.
I love everything about this dealership. They are the gold standard for all Volvo Service teams. I purchased my car from another dealer, but will not take it back there ever, having worked with Volvo of Richmond. The service professionals keep you informed of the nature, expense and timing of the appointment. The shuttle team is punctual and personable, and the car comes back in great shape. Kudos all around. Special note that the dealership sent an email overview of the condition of the car, followed by an email and phone call post service. Great team.
My daughter was in need of a car. I had shopped at MW Auto before so decided to take a look at the inventory. Was quite pleased they had a vehicle under $5000. She took a test drive in the car and liked it. I gave them a call and we worked out all the details over the phone. She picked the car up 2 days later. Amazing!!! Where else could this happen?? My last two cars prior to buying my first Hyundai in 2008 were BMW's. I bought this, a Santa Fe, to help with our move into our new home. I kept this car for over 7 years, and still enjoy driving it. No one problem. Although I did have to buy a battery a few years ago. I also bought a car for my daughter at this dealership and just ordered a 2016 Tuscon for myself. They are honest, they don't play games with prices. I wish my Lexus dealer ( wife's car ) were half as good
