Regular maint. service on my ???15 CR-V went predictably well

I appreciate Mike Hall, Perfection Honda???s Service Manager (I believe that is his last name?), always being willing to confer with me whenever I come in and getting me initially set up to work with a relatively new service advisor so that I might continue to have Sebastien as my Service Technician. Eddy was my Service Advisor and handled my time in Perfection Honda???s Service Department with the professionalism and respectful courtesy that I have come to expect each time that I have needed to have regular service (or the much less frequent repairs or warranty work) performed on the many Hondas that I have owned dating back to the mid 1970s at a whole slew of different Honda dealerships in three states (California, New Mexico, and Colorado). I appreciate how well Eddy handled my A 1,2,3 service on my 2015 CR-V. I also appreciated the opportunity to briefly speak with Sebastien about the work done and ask questions about servicing options, considering what had already been recently done in the past several months. That kind of communication is very meaningful to me.
Quick and accurate diagnosis of problem, understandable explanation of problems that followed from initial fault. Timely repair. Explained the cost and timing of other issues to allow for future consideration.
Rich and his sales manager did a great job giving me a solid overview of the vehicle we were interested in (2019 Ridgeline). He was willing to work hard to get me the best possible deal and answered all of my quetions. He was considerate of my time and did not waste it in any way. Ashley Ortiz was great to work with. She was patient and made it so stress free. I bought a brand new 2018 Nissan Rogue from her. I love this car. When I had trouble with the ???kick??? motion to open hatch, she sent me a little ???how to??? video (just for me)! Now I call that customer service.

We had to have our Mercedes Sprinter Motor Home towed to this dealer. From the 1st phone call to the service department they were very courteous and concerned. When we arrived with our vehicle in tow we were assisted immediately by Bryan and Jace, given a loaner car and Jace even went out of his way to call a nearby hotel to make arrangements for us and our 2 dogs for accommodations. Highly recommend this service department.
Peter at Land Rover of Albuquerque was very helpful in learning the complicated details of my new Discovery. He stated that he would help me to learn other uses of the vehicles software by making an appointment with him, a day before that meeting. Rama made buying the Discovery uncomplicated, by walking me through the several pages of paperwork. I would recommend Land Rover of Albuquerque to a friend or family member.
I purchased a certified car from this dealer. Great communication with the internet sales rep and the finance office. MB offered better financing terms than my local bank. I had a short layover in Albuquerque, the salesman took the car to the airport very early in the morning for a text drive. The dealership was flexible with vehicle delivery (they stored the car for over a month). Only one hitch, I specifically asked (via email) if the car was equipped with Bluetooth streaming audio. They answered "Yes", but in fact the car had Bluetooth connectivity for the phone, but NOT for wireless music streaming. Overall this was a very positive experience, as expected from a Mercedes dealer!
My first time there, everyone was super friendly and helpful. My first time buying a car on my own, and Katrina as well as everyone else, made the whole process easy for me.
