My wife and I drove on the lot of Rt 9 Mazda and started looking at the inventory of the Mazda CX-5's, our car of interest. Very shortly, we were greeted by Dan Santiago. He was not only very friendly, but very knowledgeable as well. His dealership had an excellent inventory selection, and we found the exact car we researched. We were prepared to go "shopping", but that wasn't necessary, as Dan and his crew made our car-buying a pleasure. They gave us a fair price for our trade, which we had researched, and the monthly lease payment was among the most competitive we saw advertised. The CX-5 is a terrific car. I would highly recommend the car and the dealership.

This is my 3rd Escape beginning with a 2014 to this 2025. Th Escape handles well, acceleration is awesome. This is definitely a car I would take a long road trip with.

I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

Having purchased a 2021 Ford from Brewster Ford, when it was time to replace our 2014 Ford, we shopped around and then went to Brewster Ford last. I have to say that they were not presumptuous that we would buy there and earned the sale by there attentiveness, follow-up and flexibility. We purchased a 2025 Escape Hybrid at a competitive price and painless delivery. In the middle of the process, the sales person had left to pursue another career path. The assigned sales person (Matthew) reached out to introduce himself and kept us aware of build status and assured arrangement of the ceramic coating and delivery. He went through all of the controls at delivery and answered all of our questions. Kudos to Rob for making a good selection of assigning Matthew to us and bringing Matthew up to speed on our purchase and needs. Even the financing process was painless.

I bought a 2024 Rally which is the highest trim in a Mach E . It is very fast and fun smooth on the highway and can be driven on a dirt track as well as used as an every day vehicle. My only complaint is the range could be a little better and charging should be faster because the vehicle is already in its 4th year of production other than that as a long time EV owner I love the car after a month of ownership.

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

I bought this car brand new for $15,800 and this has been an absolutely great car now !06,000 miles and it still runs great. Only a couple of repairs. during that time. I have gone across the country several times.

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

2022 Outer Banks SAS screen freezes/Reboots constantly and it seems the car play stops working not sure if this is happening a lot I do know this is a frustrating experience

Purchased this car used in 2017 with 42k on it. Currently at 144k has the 2.0l and AWD. I’ve switched immediately to full synthetic, done coolant flushes, and changed all fluids. We have 2 Escapes now 14/16 both with 2.0 and AWD. Love them. We do the preventative maintenance. Hopefully we hit 300k. Most of my previous vehicles have done 266k and 400k.

Best car dealer experience ever. I came in looking for a Bronco Outer Banks and Michael Rose did everything possible to help us. When we wanted a difficult to find color, he canvassed every dealer within 1000 miles to find the car. When he did find it, that dealer did not respond to him. He knew I really wanted that car so rather than try to direct me to another color, he encouraged me to buy the car directly with that dealer; he gave up the entire deal with me in order to make sure I was getting what i wanted. Not only that, he coached me through the deal and helped make sure I was getting the fairest and best deal I could get. I have never had such an honest, transparent and refreshing experience with a car sales person like that before...ever. I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

He walked me through their inventory, and we began test drives. He worked with me on the price to meet my budget. We submitted the paperwork and within 48 hrs I received a call from Brian in the finance department. Another great employee, he was knowledgeable and patient. He explained every option and choice I had to make very well. I felt no pressure and picked the options that worked best for me. From the time I walked in to the day I drove away in my car was 3 days. They did everything, got me the best financing, handled my insurance, they even detailed a car I already thought was perfect. Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.

We got a slightly used Ecosport 2.0 liter for driving around town. With the exception of a fluky failure of a CV axle at 24,000 miles it has been fine. That was fixed under warranty. Due to unforeseen circumstances this became our primary vehicle and we drove thousands of miles across the country, Gas mileage isn't good but it goes great in the snow due to the 4WD. We're satisfied and it has been a good value for the money.

2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

28C - 32 MPG. Excellent maneuverability, easy to maintain, lots of room for cargo if needed. Seats 4 very comfortably, 5 comfortably. Heated seats, steering wheel, good heater and air conditioning. Comfortable drive, very good visual for driving.

I can’t express how much better BMW of Ridgefield, CT, was at every stage of my purchase compared to every other dealer I dealt with while searching for an i4. Every text message, phone call, test drive, and document signing was so clean, straightforward, and relaxed. It felt like I was working with actual humans, not just “salespeople”, which was unlike ANY other dealership I contacted. This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

I absolutley love this car. I am a wildlife photographer so I do a lot of driving.... it is comfortable, the windows are huge and amazing. The comfort is like being at home in my comfy chair. It is quiet too.
