Operating with only half power and a skeleton crew. I called without an appointment for a water pump remove and replace, the service manager took me in and gave me a loaner car thinking it would possibly take a day or two. They called back at 1000 and said it’s ready. I was amazed! That quick! These guys were Great for a department in the middle of a hurry recovery!!
Riverside Ford has my highest recommendation for purchasing a new or used vehicle. I was very pleased with my car buying process from start to finish. The staff represented the Ford company with top notch customer service and professionalism. I am pleased in every way with the vehicle I purchased as well as the buying experience.
My experience was a little bit different. My car broke down and I had to have it towed to Ford. I was not happy that I didn’t receive an update the next day of what was wrong with my car or what was being replaced. I dropped it off on Thursday evening (after hours) wasn’t told what was wrong or being replaced on my car till Monday. I understand it took awhile to fix because the parts needed to come in and there was no one to work on it durning the weekend. I would have liked to have an update sooner than Monday though. I was lucky that everything was covered under the warranty and I only had to pay a deductible. It definitely put us in a bind only having one vehicle. This also isn’t the first time I haven’t been updated about a process going on with my vehicle either. The last time I only went in for an oil change but my car also needed a hose replaced. I wasn’t told this till they had already started but I had things I needed to do and appointments to be at. I luckily had a friend who could come get me but an oil change appointment shouldn’t turn into more especially if the customer had no idea what was going on with the vehicle then you make them pay a deductible.
We have bought 3 vehicles from Morre to date. There is no better group of folks to meet and exceed your wants and needs when it comes to buying a vehicle. Their finance team is fast and produces the deal with ease. I have horrible credit...bankruptcy ect. They were able to put me with a reputable lender....great interest rate and low payment. They really are a group of friends not sharks. Other dealerships turned me down and left me hanging....Morre didnt; they listened and made it happen. I didn't have to down grade or be put in a cheaper vehicle....my wife and I got exactly what we wanted. Like I said I have purchased 3 vehicles with them....they're a Class Act for sure.
I???m very satisfied with the routine maintenance my Honda received. My only complaint, which isn???t necessarily related to the maintenance/ service team, is being called and messaged until i take a survey. I would really like to be able to just bring my car into to be maintenanced and cared for without having several calls, emails and texts the days to come.
We have had two issues with our 2014 Taurus in the last 2 months; water pump and alternator. We deal with Al and both times he got the issues identified and estimates ready so everything was covered when he contacted us with the diagnosis. Both times services were done in a timely manner with the issues resolved.
Maintenance service on my vehicles has been very prompt and courteous. Emily has outstanding interpersonal skills and is a pleasure to work with. The service staff present themselves well and the technicians are very knowledgeable on the vehicles that they service.

J.B. Bryant in the service department always gets my vehicles in and serviced in a very timely manner. My wait time is as short as possible, and the service personnel perform the required service and answer any questions I may have.
Shawn Becton and Chris Blanchard are very helpfull and understanding and mindful of the situation we have bought like 11 cars from them made the mistake of purchasing one car somewhere else never again thanks guys you go above and beyond!
I was looking for a hard to find truck and Holly Ridge Auto Mart had one that fit my criteria. I live 250 miles away so I had a lot of questions and special requests before I made the decision to road trip down there to test drive the vehicle. Bill and Brandy shot some very specific videos and pictures to give me every chance to look at this vehicle in its entirety. Very prompt responses and quality videos and photos gave me the confidence to make the trip and it was worth it for sure. The truck looked even better in person. It was better than advertised in my opinion and I made a security deposit to reserve the truck long enough for me to go home and get the check!
