I recently took my car in for oil change, tire rotation and 5 point inspection. Everything went smoothly except no one checked the tire pressure and made the needed adjustments. In fact I’m not even sure the tires were rotated. I knew the tire pressures needed to be adjusted …..I guess it was my assumption they would check / correct the tire pressures. After I was on my way home I checked the tire pressures and the numbers are the same as before I took the car in to them

They went above and beyond and treated very well. I flew from maine to ny. When I arrived they noticed I was very tired and offered me an orange and coffee and also gave me the option to rest in one of there vehicles till all paperwork and the car was detailed. We were searching for a Ford Transit van and found one that looked promising on CarGurus, which was located at Woodland Ford. We dropped in to see the van and had a wonderful experience with salesperson Max (Maximillian). Absolutely no pressure - just information. We had a test drive, liked the van, and had quite a bit of subsequent text and telephone communication with Max - who was responsive, timely, accommodating and just excellent. Once we decided to move forward with the purchase we worked with Michael V. the Finance Manager (very professional) and again, super smooth and pleasant process - though it did take longer than we expected, so just plan accordingly. We were satisfied with the final price, we love the van, and we were impressed with the overall customer care and vibe of this dealership. We will need another vehicle in the relatively near future and we will definitely look for Max at Woodland Ford for our next purchase!

2017 Ford Transit-350 review
