Lorenzo Nissan Ft Lauderdale review
My Nissan Rouge had warning light to check engine. It happened just after I purchased a few months earlier from another dealership who said everything checked out. When I realized the reviews of this model did not match what I was driving, I thought to go to this authorized dealer. The staff was thorough in their diagnosis: seems there was a recall (which I did not receive from my dealer). Went to this location and they diagnosed a serious issue. Had to remove engine to complete. Repairs were covered under warranty and now I’m driving a car that was no where close to when I complained at dealership I purchased from when brought to their attention.

Sebastian was very helpful and after some negotiation we settled on a price we both agreed on. I had to drive almost 3 hours to go get the truck from him and I’d do it again any day. If you’re buying a vehicle from Greco Ford ask for Sebastian because he topped my diesel off and detailed it for me. Great experience 10/10.

Grieco Ford of Delray Beach review
Eight days ago, I visited this dealership, and it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. We were greeted by Hubert, who was exceptional, confident, and professional from the very start. Thanks to him, we felt secure and ready to take the step of purchasing the car we had been searching for. We then continued the process with Francisco, a true professional who made us feel completely at home. We also want to thank Jeffrey and Lidia, who made everything so much easier and smoother. I highly recommend this place and their amazing team if you’re looking for your ideal car. I absolutely love mine, and I’m beyond satisfied with both the vehicle and the incredible experience I had that day. Thank you all so much!

Ourisman Ford of ManassasReviews
Ourisman Ford of Manassas review
On August 28 I bought a 2026 Ecoboost Mustang in Adriatic Blue to replace my 2017 that was need of major repair. I worked with Dean Orbell, who made the experience quick and easy. A few days later I noticed a small ding on the passenger door, and Ourisman took the car in for repair. Unfortunately the body shop left the car with the door removed out in the elements and that evening we had a terrible thunderstorm which caused the passenger compartment to be flooded. Unfortunately this was heading into Labor Day and I couldn’t get the problem resolved until the following Tuesday. I worked again with Dean, Abraham and Cesar to get into a replacement Mustang. While it was an upsetting situation with the body shop, the team at Ourisman corrected the problem and made me very satisfied. I have to give special recognition and thanks to Dean for his professionalism and support in getting me into a new car. I would most certainly buy another car from Dean.
