Buyers should do their homework, know their number, and be willing to take a deal or move on. I can't speak to service department and I am from PA, but sales experience was pretty good. This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.

I rcvd excellent customer service. After a recent hospitalization, to receive the level of empathy from Carlos was comforting, although I was experiencing pain and discomfort as I sat waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Carlos constantly checked on me. It reminded me of how I would constantly check on my patients, as a frontline worker. Even his voice sounded different, There was an added layer of concern and I might add that he always established eye contact, and he waited for a response. All I can say is that Carlos's full demeanor impacted me tremendously. People may not always remember what you do or say...but they WILL remember how you make/made you feel. Carlos is an asset to Darcars, I sure hope you all make him feel he's a valuable employèe.😊

Bryce Do was very helpful, and patient with me during our 7 month interaction between me starting to think about replacing my old truck, and finally, last minute, like phone call, "I'm on the way!" at 5 pm on a holiday. He showed me the vehicles I was considering and showed me how the features worked. The only detraction from my experience was in the finance department where they didn't honor the price on the website, and I paid more than I expected to when going in.

I found a dream car at Trust Auto. As name describes, they are trust worthy auto dealers. After a put deposit on a car for my wife, she changed her mind. I just flipped as I had just spent a lot of money and Minn, my salesman said they will try to refund the money. Try scared me by behold the money was refunded. That is being as honest they can be. Got it for a delivery service. I retired but still have the e250 it has 449,xxx miles on it and still runs and drives great! No major repairs just the usual I can't get rid of it because of the high mileage and really don't want to. It has the 4.6 They say its the best motor and I believe it!

For it's size, it's incredible for hauling items you may have thought were too big for most vehicles. Also comfortable on long trips with great gas mileage. as well.

I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

Great service and communication. Have a decent size inventory, you can definitely find the vehicle you’re looking for. I settled for a 2008 Ford F350 King Ranch. Beautiful frame and sound engine and transmission. Claudia was very helpful and very knowledgeable with financing. I left the dealership an hour later with a beautiful truck. Recommend!

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

Auto Haven was a pleasure to work with as they provided all photos and information that I requested. They also recommended The Lemon Squad for obtaining an independent appraisal of the the vehicle's mechanical condition and appearance. The Lemon Squad appraiser also took an extended test drive to ascertain how it drove and the reliable operation of all options such as windows, A/C, seat heaters, sun/moon roof, etc...

I hadn't had a Ford in years but I'm happy with my Transit Connect Wagon. Previously owned a Honda Element but the Connect has done its job.

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter
