Stamford Ford LincolnReviews
Stamford Ford Lincoln review
Always friendly and honest service. I bought a CPO Escape from Stamford Ford a number of years ago. There was a stupid problem with Ford Credit - it was enough to make me cancel the order. When Dominic found out about it, he called Ford Credit and told them to get it right. They did, and Dominic called me back and made the deal happen! Since then, Ive been bringing my Escape to them for service. They are reliable, friendly, and HONEST. Scott Ferrara in service is THE BEST! I noticed a number of reviews with regards to lack of communication while vehicle is in service, especially having a person answer the phone. This appears to have started since Covid. I'm guessing that it is because it seems harder to get good help these days. This is not unique to any dealership or brand. In fact, I have another brand of car that I bring to another dealership. By comparison, this other dealer does not deserve to clean the floors at Stamford Ford. The service advisors at Stamford Ford provide you with a cell phone # you can text if you need to, which is a lot easier than getting though via phone. Again shout out to Scott in Service!!

Mercedes-Benz of Orange County NY review
great experience overall, Mr. Eric Mkofsky-my sales rep is extremely knowledgeable, nonjudgemental, with amazing professionalism exhibition and great work ethic. Not pushy, give details of every account with only guided decision-making. I was impressed and would for sure revisit and or recommend him to anyone. He made the practically cumbersome auto purchase seamless for me and my family

I had a great experience purchasing a new BRZ. I dealt with Phil over the phone and within 10 to 15 minutes I purchased this car. It is a pleasure to deal with straightforward, professional, courteous, and fair. I know these cars are hard to come by and there was no up selling or any other charges I found my new Subaru dealership. Thanks, Phil.

Had a really pleasant experience with this dealership. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with — no pressure or games. They took the time to answer my questions and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. It felt like they genuinely cared about helping rather than just making a sale. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a straightforward and positive car-buying experience.

2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

2015 Ford Transit Connect review
This vehicle slides right under so many recalls. Shifting cable, front glass, Some of the system panel works so it doesn't qualify for recall, transmission light goes on the day the transmission breaks down no warning before. The bumper are so low you can't get near a bumper stop or you will rip off your bumper. Cheaply put together. Drivers seat is poorly designed while getting in and out of vehicle you cause seat to adjust down, while low the chair base low quality just breaks no way to repair without replace so much stuff. Rides great hard on good wheels low gas mileage, the pipe where you put gas in broke how does that happen. But the mechanic says he sees it quite often for this make and model of car. He don't know how there is no recall on this particular part .

Highly recommend this company. The crew, especially Chris, made our AC replacement smooth and completely stress-free. If you want honest and reliable work, look no further. The summer heat has been absolutely brutal this year, so having a dependable team come out and fix everything so quickly was a massive lifesaver. Their customer service team over the phone was also incredibly polite and helpful.

I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

Lexus of Orange County review
What a GREAT experience!!! After a NIGHTMARE dealing with DarCar Lexus of Englewood in NJ, I went right over to Orange County Lexus and am so glad I did!! My husband and I were greeted outside in the lot by Tyler Figueroa, who then proceeded to assist us in showing us a few options. He is very friendly & knowledgeable, making this experience a true pleasure. The whole environment is positive and the rest of the staff are all so friendly and helpful as well. The gentlemen who handles the finance paperwork is also wonderful to work with and I am very thankful to him & Tyler for making this happen. Like i said - the experience at Darcar in Englewood was horrible - Lexus of Orange County was able to erase the negativity felt walking out of that location and provide me with a feeling of complete satisfaction - very pleased with my decision to go here and purchase a vehicle from them. Happy to be part of the Lexus of Orange County family... Thank you!!

Bob Ruth Ford review
They're Great! The team was respectful and very nice. Good job guys! I'll be back!
2019 Ford Transit Connect review
My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.
