12-30-16, we went to see Joe Pulliam. If Joe had been on vacation, then the purchase would have waited! That is how much we trust and appreciate Joe and his staff and continue to refer friends.
Well I had the timing belt change and has to take it back and they said it jump timing well they didn't put the alt and air condition belt on right it . This last time I got it back well it was knocking and hard to start and they screw the belt again . .i had to replace it because they didnt have the belt all the way on the.groves . I won't take it back to them no more .

I called and placed an order for a spare tire kit for my vehicle on my lunch hour. I was told that the tire would have to be mounted, so I said that I would pick it up the next day after I got off work at 5:00. I tried to emphasize the desire to have the tire already mounted and be ready for installation upon arrival. The latter did not happen. The tire didn’t get mounted until I arrived, resulting in a wait longer then I expected.
I purchased a car from Heath. Overall, It was a great experience. My one critique of Crain Kia would be, respect the customer’s limits. My salesman was great, but they sent some guy named Chris at one point to try to talk me into a payment that was more than $100/month above my very frequently stated budget. He was pushy and tried his very best to make me feel stupid. Avoid him at all costs. Heath, my actual salesman, on the other hand was excellent. He was friendly, helpful, and gave you time and space to make decisions without feeling rushed or prodded. Loved working with him.
A big thank you Jordan for expediting getting a man out and away from the dealership to install a new battery in my wife's car, and to Brandon Hobbs for his expedience and courtesy in the installation of the battery. My wife is back on the road safe and sound, Thanks too the good People from the person who answered the phone to the Service Department at Crain Kia of Ft. Smith, AR.
My salesman, Albert, was great! He was not a pressure salesman and worked hard to make a deal I could live with. The next day I dropped off the extra keys for my trade and was told they found a bank with a lower rate so they redid the paper work for me!
