She made sure everything was right, went smoothly and I was happy with everything before I left the lot. Service I wasn't able to have my car serviced at Westminster because my work location chanced to Hagerstown. I tried to have it serviced at the Hagarstown Kia. Hagarstown Kia acted like I was putting me out and I wasn't able to schedule anything. So I had to go across the street to Nissan where I used to get my car service done, they got me right in.

Very satisfied with everything—wonderful mileage, fit and finish, adequate acceleration but some road noise. Great that my golf clubs fit in sideways versus having to lower a back seat back. Very good service dealership. Would definitely buy again!

Great experience from beginning to end. My first point of contact was over phone with Rick. He knew exactly what I was looking for and reached out when a vehicle matching my description got delivered. I immediately headed to the dealership and loved what I saw, but had to talk it over with family. After have had gone to other dealerships, I decided that no one could match Buchanan's prices or customer service. Dealing with Tom, the GSM, to make sure we were financed quickly and properly was easy and nothing like I have ever experienced at another dealership. Everyone here was great and made car buying a wonderful process! Will definitely be recommending Buchanan Kia to all my friends and family and we will be back if we need another car in the future! I have had the S edition for about a year now. I love this car. Got a good trade-in price for my 2016 Sorento EX. I regularly get between 40-45 mpg. Smooth ride. Comfortable drive. Nimble. Responsive. Highly recommend the car, in spite of Consumer Report trashing it. Oct issue criticized 28 mpg. I don't know what model they tested, but it wasn't mine.

Have had this car for a month. Everything is so well laid out and the MyBuick app is so easy to navigate. The mileage is fantastic. This is my first new car (ever) and my 3rd Buick overall. I love it!

I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

I brought my car in for regular oil change and tire rotation, and met the new Service Manager, Andrew. He was more than prompt on opening up on time, kept me informed when his 2nd tech was running late, showed me my air filter because he thought it should be changed and went over my entire list of what they did to my car with me. Most of all, he was polite, respectful and an excellent new Service Manager!

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

Rides great high priced vehicle not worth 70,000 maybe 45,000 other than price runs great looks great after a year.would recommend Toyota quit price gauging your gonna lose customers for this.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

The work was very well done. Omar offered some update suggestions and the car runs and drives great. I finished the work with a full detail and the car looks almost brand new. Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.

Just purchased as a daily driver for work. Had it two months with 104,000 miles. Looks and drives great. Base model but I’m pleased with its features. I agree not a lot of power but purchase it as a work vehicle to garage my nicer vehicle.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

I’m glad I got my first car back from the 1994 Honda accord Black coupe to a 2017 Honda Accord Black coupe. I only had my first car 2 months.

I love this AWD with snow drive mode and sports acceleration. Slick style, but I wish it had back wipers. Very comfortable to drive, with technology inside that helps make driving easy and enjoyable. Not to mention a quick charge battery.
