Purchased parts twice at this dealership. Both times the parts manager was too busy on the phone to even make eye contact. I get he was busy with a customer on the other line, but should have at least made eye contact especially if I???m standing about four feet away from him. As he handled his business I stood at the counter while my wife was looking around. Both times after finishing the call his eyes stayed fixed into his computer monitor and there was nothing but silience as I stood there waiting to be acknowledged. When he finally took his eyes off the screen my wife and I were greeted with ???Are you guys purchasing anything, or just looking around???? My wife and I just looked at each other in disbelief and confused as to why would I just be standing at the counter if we were just looking around. My first experience with Doug was just as bad when I Iayed two sunshades on his counter and he asked me ???can I help you????. At least on my first visit after his silence while starring at his computer screen I was greeted with a less confusing question.
I came into the service department 2 days in a row last week with windshield and battery issues. Exasperated both times and of course I had no appointment! Staci and Nate were so kind and worked me in as soon as they could. Shazam spent over an hour trying to re calibrate the windshield but found an underlying problem and educated me as to what was causing it. Battery was also replaced and off I went. Thank you all for your great customer service! You're the best
I was greeted as soon as i walked in. Our salesman Micah. Was willing to spend all the time we needed showing us different models and colors available, even one from a different maker. I was so impressed on his knowledge of the CRV we bought. If you want a young and very friendly sales person who is not burnt out on car sales definitely see Micah
Where do I even start with this review?! Sheriff Lowe, Scott Wilhelm, Kenny Hunter and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to make sure you feel like more than just a "customer". No concern was too big or too small and were always addressed and my mind was put at ease. Sheriff stood by my side through the entire process and is passionate about what she does. She does not make you feel pressured and truly wants the best for every person that she helps. After this experience I couldn't imagine doing business anywhere else so I think its safe to say I am now a customer for life!

I came in with absolutely no hopes of getting a car with my credit score. I hadn???t bought a car in almost 10 years. I???ve had my eye on the CX-5 for quite some time. I came in to get a recall fixed on my 2009 Mazda 6 and decided while waiting why not talk to sales. I met with Austin, we talked about a few different cars, he was very knowledgeable, I test drove the CX-5. Austin was able to get me approved and even though the payment wasn???t where I really wanted it to be, I left with a brand new CX-5, which I have been wanting for so long! I didn???t feel pressured and they were so welcoming! Definitely recommend Headquarter Mazda for car buying!
We had a good experience although I did come away feeling that maybe we could have negotiated a lower price on the vehicle. Don???t like the feeling that I had to bargain. I prefer to be offered the best price to begin with.
