I also opened a ticket with BMW corporate. The BMW team and the Service Director worked among themselves and decided to fix the issue with minimal cost to me. Really appreciated the gesture. The tech at BMW Bellevue was very helpful in explaining the issue , empathizing and helping resolve the issue with his Director.

This is the best car ever had! We bought G70 3years ago and bought GV80 3weeks ago. We will not go back to any other brand car.

The GV80 is extremely safe and operates smoothly, in harmony with different driver preferences. It handles perfectly in the snow and ice with different drive mode options. Looking forward to another GV80 after this one !

2024 Genesis GV80 review
I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.

2021 Genesis GV80 review
Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.
